Amazing service by Tuğrul. Truly felt that he listened to my needs. Understood what I was looking for. Paid attention to the detail. The highest recommendation.

Not recommended please keep away they take big commission from both sides
We only go there because watch them YouTube channel

I recently purchased a property through Property Turkey, and the experience was truly excellent. From the moment I submitted an inquiry, I received a prompt and professional response. Despite living abroad, the team guided me through every step—offering tailored options, encouraging an in-person visit, and organizing efficient property viewings based on my specific needs.

Once I selected a property, the entire process—from negotiation to title transfer—was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Their in-house lawyer, Mr. Munis, was highly professional and made the legal side seamless.

Special thanks to Mr. Omar, Mr. Bashir, and Mr. Munis for their outstanding support. I confidently give Property Turkey 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in real estate in Turkey.

I rented a flat at May, 2024. First they said the rent was 45000tl / month but after we shaked hands they increased the rent to 50000. İ had to accept it because i started the delivery. There were many problems, they said that they will solve all the problems but solved nothing. İ called them , wrote them for many times, but they only refer me to another personel. At last all of them confessed that non of them had authorisation. Than İ said them to refer me to the authorised person but they did nothing. Than stopped to replay me. So this company is not a professional company. Only taking money but serving nothing.

I can highly recommend Property Turkey due to their professionalism and service orientation.
Last year I bought a flat in Istanbul. The support by Bashir S. during the entire purchase process was great. It covered not only navigation through Istanbul's famous traffic chaos and presentation of the properties, but also support in opening a bank account. (Which took less than 1 hour). The after sales team of Nadia S. did a great job in arranging some minor renovations, finding a tennant and renting out the flat.
Because of the positive experience from last year, I bought a second flat this year. Bashir S. and Alexandra C. did/are still doing a great job in finding suitable properties, coping with challenges that popped up and are always giving their very best to find a solution or alternative.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the customer service during sales as well as after sales and can highly recommend Property Turkey.

Fantastic trustworthy company to deal with when it comes to property purchases and investment advice in Türkiye.
Whether residential with or without CBI, in either case tbh everyone at PT I've engaged with was super helpful on this journey so far, and understanding what the options are available. It's hard to single out anyone individual, but special thanks to Alexandra and Toni, with whom I started initially discussing my requirements!!
Of course, It helps to have a good idea of where, what, & why you want to purchase in Türkiye, plus your budget! :)
For me CBI is nice appealing incentive & moreso if you love Türkiye, it brings other possible benefits for you, depending on your p.o.v or goals e.g. if you plan to expand investment in Türkiye in future too.
Obviously as with any matters related to overseas property purchases, do your own research of course. But even then, as there's lots of documents and nuances on the legal side, I can say it really helps having someone to trust, and to ask many questions to, and the PT team here is great!
It's company I would use again, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Very professional team at Property Turkey. It was easy to do the business. Always felt a good support. One can trust their offerings and advice. My special thanks to Mr Majd Baian, very trustworthy and pleasant personality. He was the same from beginning to the end of the journey. Thanks buddy.
Inshallah I will be back with another great project.

Thank you for guidance and title deed transfer for purchasing my property in kağıthane area. Many thanks for my agent Tugrul and Aleksandra. Tugrul help a lot with rental of this property. Strongly recommended Property Turkey for all investors

I have a wonderful experience with property Turkey back in November 2018, in which I was helped by Majd Bayan almost 3 months earlier by sending me all the property videos & pictures for the price range I asked for, when I arrived to Istanbul, they sent a car with driver & agent to the hotel, he gave me a tour for the properties I picked, until I found the one which had all the criteria I wanted. Then the company helped me with an attorney who take care of all the legal documents needed , the company also provided me with an after sales service, who helped us in applying for all the utilities, in which it saved us a lot of time, especially that all of them speak fluent English, Turkish & Arabic. I highly recommend Property Turkey for any one want to purchase the right property in Istanbul.

One of the best companies i worked with when i was looking for a property in turkey. Everything went really smooth and we ended up buying the property we wanted. I especially want to thank Mr. Majd because he has always been there and he is still in touch with me

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service that truly exceeded my expectations. Property Turkey is a one-stop shop for real estate services. From searching for the desired property, negotiating the most economical prices, possessing the property, and then renting it out at the best prices, their comprehensive suite of services, including property maintenance and legal requirements, is remarkable.
Currently, my properties, which I bought through Property Turkey, are taken care of by their after-management sales department headed by Ms. Nadia. She ensures that each customer gets the best value for their money. Her ability to handle customer inquiries with expertise and patience is truly commendable. Managing a property from abroad couldn't be better.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the customer service I received and would highly recommend Property Turkey to anyone seeking exceptional care and attention. Thank you for providing me with top-notch services.

Great Personalized service. Always responsive and available. All questions answered in detail. Organized process which was explained and outlined clearly. Alexandra Cihanoglu and Bashir Shamsuyev were amazing to work with. The rest of the team was also great. They went above and beyond in providing A+ level customer service. Highly recommend!

Best company I could have chosen. I was so lucky to meet Alexandra who took my case. She listened well and understood exactly what I want. Then she finds me the properties that I was really looking for. She did everything negotiated the price, did all paperworks legal works and immigration work. really everything. She has a vast knowledge of Istanbul real estate, laws, immigration regulations and will negotiate and solve every problem by working relentlessly and hard. She has extremely high ethics and super personality. I can't thank enough Alex and Turkeyproperty.
Just an Update, they still continue support me after a year and have no financial benefit

I was very much supported throughout the journey of purchasing a property through these guys. Particularly my agent, Alexandra, who not only showed me the property location, but also showed me multiple other locations throughout the city, taking the time to explain the benefits of different investments and properly guiding me through the process.

Thank you Alex for your support, you are professional and very helpful
