Used propertyinc as a lettings agent for my flat in a popular part of North London

The lettings managers were as inept as I have ever experienced of the 8 years they managed the property it was vacant for on year... they never carried out any inventory...

Mislead the council about tenants right to rent status.

Avoid like the plague

Athena kept telling porkies about a variety of issues.

Poor communicator

Encouraged the tenant to change the front door locks

Had my property with them for six years and everything that could go wrong, went wrong.
the lettings manager was poor and negligent, illegal ..which wasnt helped by the litany of fabrication and downright bullsh*t .

The tenancy agreement was continuously breached by the activities of the lettings manager, who simply has no idea what she is doing and was busy managing her own portfolio of properties as a priority using propertyinc as a vehicle.

Professionalism is out of the window along with basic competencies in property management.

If you're a landlord in the area looking for a property manager - stay well away from Property Inc

Their membership of the Property Ombudsman is a sham and their website has a privacy policy which is "constantly monitored" and is dated 2021!
There is so much more to say which perfectly exemplifies what a truly terrible service this agent provided.

It should come as no surprise that they cannot respond to all the negative comments all over the web.

Communication was poor throughout the tenancy. Emails were routinely ignored, promised calls not forthcoming and when responses did come, they were often delayed, unhelpful and only partially responding . The property manager failed to inform the landlord of new tenants arriving for months , neglected to accurately record regular property inspections, and repeatedly missed deadlines for renewing tenancy agreements.

In several instances, required documentation was either not provided at all or only after persistent follow-up. Some actions taken by the property manager raised serious concerns about professionalism and compliance with legal obligations.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this agency’s property management services.

Jonathan was late and had an unprofessional communication style.
Poor organisation, 15 people were seeing the same studio at the same time.
He was unable to answer most of the questions and stated that the council tax ‘is a minimum small payment’.

Very poor service, dodgy agents

I have been searching for a flat for more than three months. Kamil and Athena made it so easy. They were there all through and the customer's service was top notch. I am really happy and grateful to both of them. I will definitely recommend.

Fake Advertisements;;

I have been following there adverts for shop to rent for almost two months and every time I have called to ask about the advertised shop the answer is '' this premises is under offer but we can take your details for any incoming in future ''.

I believe that is there fake marketing tactic.

Pathetic

Kamil did an excellent job from start to finish. As a first time buyer I was a bit lost but I was in excellent hands. We had a super aggressive timeline but Kamil kept things moving on both sides. Every time I started to feel a bit worried he would magically pop up in my inbox or call with a quick update. I’m sure the seller must have been similarly impressed. On picking up my keys I joked that I would see him in 5 years to sell - he’ll definitely be my first call if/when that time comes.

The incredible team at Property Inc went above and beyond in helping me with my first property. In particular Jonathan Aduhene who was constantly on the phone to help with my queries, reassure me or negotiate for any of my needs. Exceptionally kind and helpful as well as trustworthy, I can't think of anyone else I would rather trust my property with.

Glad to work with a local gem, between Sagar, Justin, Natalia and Athena you are sure to be in safe hands. Property Inc have managed property and its tenants for us. They are hands on and appreciate the pressures of handling demanding clients. Athena is always on the other side of the line to give us updates on our tenants' concerns and she does a fine job of managing both our expectations and theirs. Proud to see local business maintaining its competitive edge. This estate agency is in the business of creating lifetime customers and consequently, repeat business.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Property Inc for both sales and lettings. I am writing this review to convey the upmost gratitude I have to this firm, especially Jamil, who repeatedly goes above and beyond in order to get the deal done. I have dealt with many agencies in the past, however Property Inc is by far the most professional and capable company I have ever dealt with. They have the knowledge and expertise to deal with any circumstance. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We listed our property for sale with Property Inc in Turnpike Lane North London and also put an offer in for a property which was not even officially on the market but through intimate local knowledge, they were aware the owner would have entertained an offer.

Jamil of Property Inc worked tirelessly throughout the entire transaction managing to get over 14 viewers through our front door culminating with an acceptable offer. It was unfortunate that the chain fell through with the house we wanted being pulled off the market last minute.

This did not deter Property Inc in the slightest and it was not too long before they had another buyer for our house at a better price than previous. Fortunately we had also made an offer which had been accepted on another house.

A few weeks prior to exchange our buyer lost theirs putting the entire chain in jeopardy once more. Fortunately Jamil stepped in and marketed our buyers flat only to secure a chain free purchase within 72 hours with a 28 day exchange period.

I have nothing but praise for this outfit. They are not only proactive and professional but are now considered our family friends after all they have done to get us into our dream home.

Superlative in every aspect of service and performance and leave their piers behind in every way.

Jamil was a sincere pleasure to deal with and has smashed my perception of what an estate agent is about at a time when others only reinforced the stereotype.
