Would not recommend. Was ordering from several vendors to decide on who to go with for higher volume orders in the spring. First order was okay, 2 of the shirts they should have caught errors on. The second order I placed for three shirts and even though I was updated that the products were produced and shipping, a day later I received an email stating that they had a technical error. I should have ordered a minimum of six shirts so they gave me a store credit to go toward buying three more shirts. Glad they showed their crappy customer service before I placed further orders with them. Check out local vendors and Etsy before using this train wreck.

Allowed me to purchase a £140 Jacket to than 5 days later confirm the logo could not be used! though it confirmed when purchasing that the logo was (Perfect).

The revision they sent me was so far apart from the original that i cancelled the order.

Not happy - they should not be allowed the purchase to be made if they believe it won't be a true reflection of the end product.

While the items I've received have been fine the lead times, customer service and delivery are all shocking in comparison to vistaprint.

I'm in the USA. I have never had a problem getting printed items on time from Vistaprint, but I had a negative experience with their Promotique arm recently.

I logged onto their site and checked my order history. The ETA for my two orders of custom tee shirts (different base colors) was August 18 and August 24. Meanwhile, it's September 7th and there's been no word from them.

Companies with good customer service will email you when items are out of stock--ideally before you complete the order--so you have the opportunity to cancel and find another option, either with them or with another company. Or they'll remove the items from the site to prevent customers purchasing something that's not available.

Promotique should assume that their customers are business owners or employees, and that they have deadlines for their business-related purchases. The customer should be alerted of any delays as soon as the company knows about them.

I ordered my shirts in plenty of time to receive them by the launch date of our business, according to Promotique's stated ETA for the items, but we didn't have them that day. It was embarrassing.

The rep I spoke with today assures me that the women's tee shirts will be restocked in another seven days. Obviously there will be processing time for the customization, but it wasn't clear how long this would take. The rep said she would expedite my order and give me free shipping as a courtesy.

I checked just now and they credited me, but the amount was 5 dollars and change. Expedited shipping would be more like 15-20 dollars. I don't really expect to receive my order seven days from now, but we'll see.

If they arrive by September 15, my two tee shirt orders will be late by 29 days and 22 days. I would not recommend Promotique for businesses who need custom promotional items by a certain date.

UPDATE: By October 15 my shirts still hadn’t arrived. Customer service refunded my money, but they wasted my time and I didn’t get that back! I still have no idea why the order wasn’t fulfilled. They get a big fat zero for communucation. How do these people stay in business?

I wish I could give them no stars. Horrible customer service. When I reached out as to why my product had not shipped it had gotten stuck in their system and they would have to cancel the order and replace the order. This meant that I would not get the product by the time I needed it and they did not care that it was their fault.

I usually go with another logo embroidered shirt company but since I use Vistaprint, I tried them. Horrible experience. Placed my shirt order on June 6th with expected receipt date of June 30th. Its July 16th and when I call or write them, they can't find the order. I asked for refund which they sent me and said they would still send me the shirts. I'm not sure if I should wait or just order from my regular company. I didn't realize they were not an American company. I would not use them again. Two stars only because they did refund me without threat.

bad bad abd try to call in 3 times and line keep dropping and women at end of phone did not spear good English

Ordered only two items, as wanted to see what they were like, paid for 4 day shipping. Items did not turn up when expected, called to find out one was delayed at manufacturers and the other the machine could embroder our logo (everyone else can). No notification at all. Cancelled order and will see if they refund in time. Terrible service

Worst ordered hundreds of pounds of stuff. Then three weeks waiting and day before dispatch they cancel the order. Technical problem. Will never use again. Strongly advise against it

Same for vistaprint who markets them.

If you make an order and there's an issue they can't help with any problems with it.

Promotique ran out of stock for my order. They failed to notify me. Order is over a month late.

Customer service doesn't call me back. No one gives me a straight answer. Use a different vendor if you can

I ordered 100 mugs to sell as merchandise for my brand. The design was very intricate so my artist called before putting through the order to make sure we'd get a review of the design before it goes through to printing. They assured us on the phone so we put the order through and didn't hear anything for 5 days. I then called Promotique again to ask what the status was and it had already gone to printing. I was assured on the phone that the design looks fine and not blurry as it did on the website mockup. The mugs arrived very quickly after and unfortunately were completely unacceptable. Overall completely blurry design, most of the mugs have shadows and streaks from print errors, one mug I saw even just had half of the design printed etc . I only looked at about 10 of the mugs because there was no point but each of them had faults on top of the print of the design looking blurry so I'm sure I would find even more faults the further I look. I've now been stuck with 100 mugs in my house for over 3 weeks awaiting a decision from the quality department even though I immediately called to reclaim and refund my order with proof attached. I cannot sell these and I therefore need to either donate the mugs or send them back but before I have a full refund I can't put in a new order with a better company. For a small business like mine this is unacceptable and damaging and it puts me back for months. Please refund me Promotique, I have sent a lot of evidence in.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Placed an order, 3 weeks later I received nothing,I was then forced to contact them which the originally ignored, several emails later they responded angrily telling me to be patient! Following my further response they refunded my money and said they were unable to fulfil the order........then they contacted me afterwards to ask me to redo my order and they would fulfill in in 2 weeks........yeah right!!

This company is the worst and has horrible customer service. I placed an order, paid for the products and they never processed my order. After 1 month, I called and they had to redo the order and gave me a discount. I gave them a second chance to perform. Almost 4 weeks went by and I never received my order. I called them again and they indicated that my order got stocked in their system. After an investigation, they called me back indicating that they were out of the product I ordered. At that point, I had to cancel my order. Waisted almost 2 months waiting for a product that never received. Unacceptable in business. Do not deal with this company.

The worst experience of my life dealing with your company. Everything was wrong from start to finish. What a let down and what a disappointment. I will take to social media and caution prospective customers to be circumspect in dealing with, and bringing their businesses to, you.

Avoid them and take your business elsewhere!

Rubbish quality. I am fed up complaining to this company. I order 5 items in 1 order. 2 of the items I've had to complain about. My print isn't in the same place on every item. Sometimes it's off to the left, sometimes off to the right and sometimes it's cut off. Utter joke. Avoid avoid avoid.

Took my order and payment saying items were in stock and gave a delivery date - when this was missed I emailed only to be told that the items were not in stock and I had been waiting 3 weeks for nothing! Very poor service and this means I was unable to get branded clothing for my staff for an important show as there is now no time to reorder elsewhere . Avoid
