I dealt with Alan Hatfield the experience was professional simple straightforward courteous and much more than I expected being a person who is not familiar with credit card processing Alan made it extremely simple to understand the fee structures were transparent and I felt like I knew what this was going to cost me and how to go about doing it because of him highly highly recommend

Good morning, I was in a rush to get a CC processing system for my small handyman business since the previous one and I parted ways very unexpectedly. Reached out and got a hold of Joe who was amazing from the start. Asked what all I did to make sure I got what I needed, got the application in within minutes and kept me updated through the process. 1. He was courteous & very professional with an abundance of knowledge.
2.He was able to get me set up in about 2 hours.
3. I made my first 2 credit card charges and used their mobile app, and it was user friendly. The dashboard was also user friendly on my lap top.

I called ProMerchant based upon their good reviews looking for a different credit card processing company. Alex was very helpful with my account set up. He was very attentive to my needs and patient to explain everything into detail. So far my experience is great.

I'm going to join the five star parade of reviews. I called and talked to 5 different credit card processors about switching away from a long term relationship with Elavon (Costco). My conversation with a sales rep at ProMerchant was by far the most concise and coherent. My rep radiated "full disclosure", and was up-front about all fees and "terms and conditions", normally buried in pages of fine print boilerplate. I sensed no hint of deception. He outlined how we could operate with no equipment, only a browser based Virtual Terminal. The fees were low enough for us to project saving meaningful $$$, even with low transaction volumes associated with winding down our business.

We signed up, and were approved and up-and-running by the end of the day. It took a little bit of tutoring by our rep and the support tech to get us going with the Virtual Terminal, but what a dream to use. We do no more than click on a bookmarked browser tab, login with an ID and Password, and in a few keystrokes, process a transaction. Same cost to us whether the client is standing there with card in hand, or on the phone giving us the card information. The largest variable cost component to us is if the client uses a Rewards credit card.

Enough said. So far- great, every step of the way.
