Although I did not end up choosing ProMerchant as my payment processer, I vividly remember Dana Brand. She was super friendly, very responsive, followed up, and made sure I knew she was there for me. If my current processor ever fails me (which is expected in this industry unfortunately), then I'll be calling up Dana.

He was patient with me getting documents back to him. He returned documents to the underwriter immediately. I would recommend CJ to anyone who is looking for a payment processing.
