I placed an order for an item that appeared to be in stock and available according to the website. A couple of days later, after my credit card had been charged, I got an email that the item was out of stock and that I could just wait for it, with no indication of when it might be back in stock. I canceled my order and looked elsewhere.

I wanted Rab Lights because I always pick quality over price.

Bought the vaportite fluorescent lights for our horse barn. Barn is lit up wonderfully. Read other reviews before ordering, and like everyone else, I am fully satisfied.

Ordered some hard to find lamp holders for a customer's shop.
Pro Lighting shipped them right away and at a good price. Would highly recommend them for your lighting needs!

Needed to replace the transformer in my Xenon under cabinet fixture. So, I took a picture of it, found a match on the Prolighting website. It was reasonably priced and delivered quickly.

I find all what I was looking for at good prices. Excelent shipping!

My Experience with Pro lighting has been all good! I asked a wuestion as to which ballast I needed to replace to to bad ones in my lights and they pointed me in the right direction. I ordered the parts i needed and received them in about 4 days and I put them in and they worked perfectly! What more could I ask for? As for the longevity of the parts I can't speak for them yet as I only tested them and then set them aside for a pole barn I am in the process of building right now.

I called a week after placing my order and had to cancel it when I found out it was back ordered. Good thing I called so I could get the lights I needed somewhere else so I could finish the job ontime and not hold my customer up.

Needed some odd T5 connectors for display cases and they had them for a really reasonable price. Ordered them and they shipped them out right away. Highly recommended retailer.

We installed the lighted a couple of weeks ago. It seems to be a good qualtiy light. Shipping was very fast and we were kept updated on the status.

Needed a replacement glass globe, they sent two at half price of what I could buy one locally and with free shipping

There may be less expensive sites, but I was quite satisfied with the service and products.

I recently purchased some T5 Lighting for my barn. I was very impressed with the quality of the lighting and the speed of delivery. One light did not work and my electrician suspected the ballast to be bad. I contacted the customer service department and they said they would get a new ballast out to me ASAP because they kept them in stock. After a week, I had not received the new ballast so I contacted customer service again. The CS rep stated the ballast had to be ordered and would be sent from the factory. I received the new ballast a few days later and noticed on the ticket that they were ordered the same day I called to check on the status. It was obvious that the ballast had never been ordered the first time I called. Customer Service needs to make sure they document and follow through on customer contacts and requests.

Prolighting sells quality products, got my order processed correctly and in a timely manner. They met my expectations and will use them again and recommend them to others.

Good product descriptions online, quick shipping, and my order was received on time and was correct. An enjoyable transaction.
