Such a great cook shop
Customer service is lovely was very knowledgeable about the knives I bought happy with the knives themselves they are fantastic i wish I could buy everything in the shop

I needed to replace a work top…
I needed to replace a work top protector & was particularly impressed with the price & quality of my 'granite' pattern replacement.
I also bought orange & lemon juicers for my daughter & she was very pleased with them. The Procook assistant was very helpful too.

Excellent Service
Staff are really knowledgeable about the range of products and are able to give really good advice about which are the best products to purchase ... even going as far to do their own research about how to best clean certain products. Additionally, we bought a set of pans and one developed a slight mark. This was exchanged without any fuss. Quality products, and quality staff!

Staff were helpful but 'not in your face' plenty of space for my wheelchair to look around, excellent products. I took some helpful objects to better my kitchen and home. Lovely shop.
