very lovely staff
very lovely staff, she helped me get what I needed :D. Service was great as me and my dad felt as though we could ask for help whenever needed. The product itself is a herb grinder ? I think, my dad wanted it for his birthday and he is very happy, it matches our kitchen well and does the job.

Much of my experience has been very good, but a mini processor proved awkward in trying to get the top off on first use. I had to return to the shop to get it working. An induction converter had an exceptionally sticky label which took three days of soaking and scrubbing to remove! Not ideal. Apart from those, very good.
