The staff that greeted us were friendly Knowledgeable and took time to offer advice on their products. There was no sales pressure but as we were in the market for new Kitchenware we came away with an item that we had wanted for some time. A very pleasant shopping experience

Friendly staff member.
Friendly and helpful staff member. Knew what products the store stocked and was able to locate the item I wanted. Clean and tidy shop and stock displays were beautiful arranged.

Much of my experience has been very good,but a mini processor proved awkward in trying to get the top off on first use. I had to return to the shop to get it working. An induction converter had an exceptionally sticky label which took three days of soaking and scrubbing to remove! Not ideal. Apart from those, very good.
