Honestly I walked in yo the shop at the Metro Centre store on Thursday 17th September, in the morning, maybe around 10:30am and the service was great, was getting some fantastic information about some knives I’ve been interested in and the lady that was at the shop gave a great service and i found what I was looking for, staff, product and service all fantastic - thank you
