The sticky label on the product was virtually impossible to remove. I had to soak it for over 2 days

Great company
Great company, well laid out shop units, great products and staff that really know what they are talking about and so helpful. I went in for a serrated edge knife and came out with something completely different after Lee showed me a knife that didn't need a serrated edge to cut lemons cleanly and she was absolutely right.

I found this little shop by accident and enjoyed a browse around it's varied products. Lovely products and friendly staff. What's not to like.

Very helpful assistant/manager who…
Very helpful assistant/manager who immediately knew where the product was that I requested and kindly got it for me. She then preserved with a till system that kept falling out. She was a very pleasant lady.
