Great Experience
The sales associate was extremely helpful and very pleasant, I can’t remember her name but I was there on Monday evening. Would definitely recommend this store to people I know.

The new shop in braehead is well set up with good quality kitchen ware the staff were outstanding very helpful in everything we asked we were so pleased we bought a lot of stuff

I was planning to take both timers to my professional kitchen, unfortunately one of them the alarm is not load enough!
On the other hand, the small pans are amazing for fried eggs.

Wrong size of pots given…
Bought a set of pots and was given the wrong sizes never looked in the bag till we got home and we don't live close by so had to make another trip to the shop to get the correct pots . The pots are fab though .

Very happy customer.
I wanteed tpl check out the new Procook shop and I wasn't disappoitned. I was looking for a chopping knife and the shop assistant wass very mice and helprdx me find what ai was looking for. It's a very nice shop.

Great having a shop like this in Braehead! I had been looking for tea strainer for ages and really didn't want to buy anything online, thankfully it was something they had!!!! Got myself some new knives as well which was most needed.

Staff were really nice, helpful & friendly
Unfortunately as only one person on duty, she couldn't help us carry our 3 heavy bags to car park.
Wife had to carry them as I was on crutches, assistant was very apologetic but it was not her fault
Perhaps for large shopping centre stores a better way to get multiple purchases to car should be investigated & implemented, especially after spending thick end of £1000

I have always wanted to purchase a set…of professional lasting safe pots
I have always wanted to purchase a set of professional long lasting safe pots for my personal use.
A few years ago my husband and I purchased a full set for my mother in law in Hertfordshire instead and I was happy to do that.
I think we lingered to do the same here because we never really seen or looked for a procook store.
