Got exactly what I wanted and more. Pizza cutter and board was a gift for my grandson. I also found a mini food processor and chopper. £49 great value. It’s perfect size for me. I don’t need a full size food processor. It works really well.
The young assistant was so helpful and pleasant.

Great experience in store at Procook in Edinburgh. I was looking for sheathed cooking knives for a camping kitchen kit I was putting together. Safety rummaging in a box was top priority. I found exactly what I wanted and with a current offer of 3 for £10 on a number of items I managed to add additional items and complete the kit for a very reasonable price.

The staff in store were very helpful. It was a very positive first experience of shopping with Procook.

For a Saturday afternoon I was surprised the shop was so quiet and I had three lovely, enthusiastic members of staff to help me choose what I wanted and advise me on various other pieces of equipment i might want to buy in the future.
Since I love cooking,it's the kind of shop I could spend hours in.
I will definitely be back when I have to replace more items of a culinary nature.

The store at Fort kinnatd is very well stocked but not cluttered, easy to find what you are looking for.. The staff member was very friendly and professional.

There was two sales people at the desk that were more interested in discussing holidays than helping me. I was totally ignored. Had they approached me and asked if they could help additional sales would have been possible.

Staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and will to help. Store was well laid out which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Will definitely be back.

Terrible product design and even worse customer service - Absolute joke!
I purchased a USB Milk Frother from the Fort Kinnaird store, and it is hands down the worst appliance I have ever bought. It only has one speed setting, which is so aggressively fast and violent that it instantly splashes milk all over the kitchen, making it completely unusable.
When I tried to return it, the store refused because it had been "used". How am I supposed to know a product has a major design flaw without plugging it in first? I then contacted their central customer service, and an advisor named Karen literally blamed me, claiming I "put too much milk in it" without having a clue about how I used it.
Absolute lack of accountability and rigid, insulting customer service. They prefer to pocket your money for a faulty, poorly designed product rather than help a customer. Avoid ProCook appliances at all costs—I had to buy a Bialetti instead to get something that actually works. Disgraceful.
