The chichester store is well laid out, and the staff, have all been so very helpful and knowledgeable each time I’ve visited. Daisy in particular was brilliant, and deserves a special mention.

The young lady was very helpful and gave good info for my replacement items. I would add I've brought products from ProCook over the years but always online.
So when I moved back south and actually found a ProCook shop near me it was great.

Experienced, efficient and very helpful staff
When I visited the Chichester branch on Wednesday, I'm afraid I didn't get the name of the young lady that helped with my purchase, but I was very impressed with her efficient and professional manner, she was extremely knowledgeable about the items that I was buying and couldn't have been more helpful. The items were a present for my husband and as they were very heavy I was told I could pick them up after I had finished my other shopping, when I returned to the shop an hour or so later every item had been beautifully wrapped and put in a carrier bag for me to carry home. I would like to say a big thank you to the shop assistant who served me that day and I will definitely be telling all my friends about my experience.
