Great products. Lovely staff. Just disappointed because you still haven’t reintroduced the pans with removable handles, which are great for hob to oven and great for storage

There was no pressure to buy
There was no pressure to buy. The lady who served me was very helpful and cheerful and though I knew what I wanted she showed me two versions of the item and discussed their merits with me. Once I had chosen I was free to browse and then I found something else I liked so bought that too. Lovely shop, well laid out, quality stock.
