Lovely shop, friendly, staff, great product
The shop is beautifully presented, has friendly, knowledgeable staff and has an amazing range of kitchenware and associated miscellaneous. It is always a joy to be able to see and touch the products, compare the sizes, look, weight and construction of similar items to assess which fits your needs. the lady that helped me was so sweet…
the lady that helped me was so sweet !!! i have autism and struggle with social interactions but she was so kind and patient and guided me to exactly what i wanted ! she also helped me figure out how to maintain the knife i bought ! she had short hair i think it was ginger ? she was so nice !

Really excellent staff in the…
Really excellent staff in the Canterbury branch, perfect customer service in that they were very helpful as well as not pushy.
I was able to select the items I wanted, which I must add are of very high quality without feeling pressured. On checkout again fantastic service and care taken packing my items. I highly recommend the Canterbury store and will certainly be returning there again.
