Attentive staff, engaging in chat about the product. Welcomed us back, when we returned after lunch - remembered us and offered further assistance, when we asked about other products.

I bought six products, I have only used a potato peeler and one of the knives so far. In a nutshell, the peeler was the best one I've ever used. And the knife was equally as good. These were by no means the more expensive products. Very pleased with my purchase.
Also the staff were very helpful and friendly, without jumping in your face.
I will be visiting this store on a monthly basis

I had never heard of this shop before. Lovely display. Very clean the staff very attentive. Good price for my egg timer cheaper than Amazon

I had to return a non stick pan which had failed. The non stick had come off in a strange circular pattern the first or second time I had used it. I was concerned I would be accused of mis using the pan because of the strange wear markings and be refused a replacement. All of this was far away from the service I received. No quibbles a new pan was found and the exchange completed with little to no fuss.
The staff who dealt with me were pleasant and helpful. I would certainly be confident buying more kitchen equipment from Procook and willing to recommend them to others.
Sometimes for whatever reason goods fail. It is how a company reacts to your issue that matters.

But he will remember me purchasing the star 🌟 dishes one was broken in the box.
I brought it to his attention he found me two boxes in perfect condition and let me take the additional dish .
