ProCook - Bullring Anmeldelser

Reasonable price and friendly service with good range of products

We found everything we needed but what stood out was the impeccable customer service.

Very nice shop to look round and plenty of choice.
I was served by a very helpful and pleasant young lady. As I had other shopping to do she kindly kept my purchases until I was able to collect them

Always best and Amazing product

Helpful staff.

I thought I can only buy the knives in a set but was eased to know I can purchase one on its own and build my collection slowly as and when I can afford to

Well laid out store with wide ranging choice of cookware. Great quality well priced.

Great interaction with the staff and myself. Extremely helpful

very straightforward transaction

I really didn’t know which small frying pan I needed but the charming female member of staff pointed me the right direction I am delighted with my purchase I will be returning to buy my remaining pans x

Attentive staff, engaging in chat about the product. Welcomed us back, when we returned after lunch - remembered us and offered further assistance, when we asked about other products.

I bought six products, I have only used a potato peeler and one of the knives so far. In a nutshell, the peeler was the best one I've ever used. And the knife was equally as good. These were by no means the more expensive products. Very pleased with my purchase.
Also the staff were very helpful and friendly, without jumping in your face.
I will be visiting this store on a monthly basis

Love the ProCook shop in the Bull Ring. Great customer service, with very helpful staff. Bought some new kitchen cutlery, perfect for my needs.

Eventhing is very good coustmer service dealing eveything

I had never heard of this shop before. Lovely display. Very clean the staff very attentive. Good price for my egg timer cheaper than Amazon

I had to return a non stick pan which had failed. The non stick had come off in a strange circular pattern the first or second time I had used it. I was concerned I would be accused of mis using the pan because of the strange wear markings and be refused a replacement. All of this was far away from the service I received. No quibbles a new pan was found and the exchange completed with little to no fuss.
The staff who dealt with me were pleasant and helpful. I would certainly be confident buying more kitchen equipment from Procook and willing to recommend them to others.
Sometimes for whatever reason goods fail. It is how a company reacts to your issue that matters.
