Such helpful staff. They brought out several boxes of items for us to choose our favourite ones, as each piece was slightly different. It was excellent service. We weren’t rushed or made to feel that... Se mere

Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff who is patient to explain the products to use.
Besides, the products are in good quality and with very good price, especially the promotion at £10 for 3 items.

Bromley store have excellent customer service

I've recently moved to Bromley and have visited the store twice. Both times the staff have been really helpful and when I'd picked up a few items they offered to take them from me while I continued to browse. I've visited another branch before and had no interaction with staff, but on both occasions in the Bromley store, staff have been very helpful and friendly. I bought some sale items in my first visit and was so pleased with them that I returned to buy some more. Unfortunately I left it too long and they had sold out of some items I wanted, but I was able to find them on their website.

Visibly imperfect plates

I normally buy pans from ProCook, this time I thought I would try their tableware. I was really disappointed with my order. I ordered white set which was on sale, unfortunately all the plates had visable imperfections. I sent an email to customer services, however it takes 7 days for a response. I was able to call and was advised I could return the items to my local store in Bromley. The cashier was really helpful, he tried to find me replacement plates but they were all defective.
Overall rhe service was good but the product was poor.
