The only thing I would improve is your Black Friday deals - several deals in the knife section but I wanted 3 specific knives and didn't get any discount - maybe consider a multibuy deal across all knives for next year's Black Friday - buy 3, get 10% off or similar

I would have liked to see a med sized…
I would have liked to see a med sized processor, and i thought the one i brought was in the black friday price range, but i must have been mistaken. The person who served me gave all the relevant details of what i required the processor to do. i have used it, it is great, except with my painful hands a job to close and open the lid, very stiff.

Phoned the Bordon store to see if they had the steamer I wanted in stock. They only had one & put it to one side for me to collect the following day. Didn't require payment until I picked it up.

Second bad experience
We have just had our second lot of kitchen utensils from procook. The first were tainted and stained when my wife cooked a bolognaise. We returned them and got a diff set. Now when she cooked some chutney the business end has turned green, what awful material they must use. They are now ruined, please don't waste your money
