Male member of staff was extremely rude
I didn't realise that the upstairs till was closed, I didn't see a sign. I waited over 5 mins observing the servers laugh and interact with each other.
I went down the stairs to ask if anyone was serving, a server said the till was closed and pointed to the sign (it was only on one till!). There were 3 members of staff downstairs with customers browsing upstairs.
The server opened the till to serve me. I asked some questions about my products following the server mentioning the warranty on the product. I asked if it covered the covering coming off, to which he replied sarcastically...
It's stainless steel!
It made me feel as if I'd asked a wrong question and it made me feel uncomfortable. I found him to be very rude and I will not be shopping here anymore.

Sadly disappointing
Good point:
The kettle looks stylish
Bad points:
The water level window only appears on one side so if you hold the kettle in your left hand, you have no idea of how much water you’ve put in
The kettle feels unbalanced, maybe due to low positioning of lid opening button on handle
The kettle can sometimes splash when pouring as the spout is quite wide (compared to old Russell Hobbs)

Rang early on a Sunday and kindly the lady pit the kettle I wanted aside having checked the stock so my father could collect at the store that day and bring to me in London. All went smoothly. Thank you.
