Contacted this company to help me out with a family matter. Sent them an email detailing what I required then spoke to them. Before they started looking into things for me they sent over an emal of what we discussed but missed the main point so I clarrified again in email what the main point was and discussed again in a call to make sure and all was approved. They then took a deposit of £200 before starting to do anything, or rather starting radio silence. After 8 weeks I figured that would be enough time to get some results so tried emailing but all emails go unanswered so tried calling Harry and was told I needed to wait 10-12 weeks. I decided that as the original request was just before christmas that there might be a slight delay so gave them a little extra. After 18.5 weeks I again chased by email (*3) before I got a reply from Harry blaming the Iran conflict (No idea how that would impact the records department of Bedford County Council) and then three days later I get a response from Nigel saying they redid the request and have the results for me, but before I got that email they had taken, without authorisation from me, a subsequent payment from my credit card.
The results they provided told me little of what I did not already know and MISSED the whole point of the investigation request, and now I am again met with emal silence from them.

My wife employed this company to investigate a matter for us and was highly disappointed with the service. They overcharged me after spending time looking into irrelevant details, and when I called to ask for clarification, they were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. In the end, and even put the phone down on my wife, was not interested in helping. Why would they, they have our money.
I have to clarify that I was in touch with the Guildford office and a Nigel P was the Investigator.
