A slightly frustrating experience. The website claims next-day delivery and I was assured by telephone that I would get a tracking number. (That’s why I ordered with them rather than other, marginally cheaper, websites that were less certain about next-day delivery) No tracking number came with the order confirmation.
Subsequent telephone conversations were contradictory with some of their staff claiming that the tracking number would follow shortly, and then others being unable to confirm that the printer had been sent.
It turned out that the big printer I had ordered was sent by a carrier who did not do tracking.
The printer did arrive next day so all good in the end. But frustrating due to the contradictory messages

Printerbase takes the trouble to connect from the off. I had a phone call almost immediately after I had ordered online (from a real person) to check my order then was immensely helpful when I had a question later. Very happy with both printer (Canon PIXMA G3590) and service. Follow-up call after placing online order to make sure printer really did meet my needs and arranging discount on inks as I decided to buy spares to have on hand. Speedy and efficient delivery. Printer pretty straightforward to set up and has done everything we’ve asked of it so far — automatic duplex was a key feature for me and it performs well. Excellent value, especially with the Canon cashback offer and extended warranty deal. I’d happily shop here again.

Distraught by the behaviour of my Hewlett Packard printer which had ceased operation - despite me only ever using genuine HP Products with it, I urgently needed a replacement. I bought a Epson WorkForce WF-7830DTWF A3 Colour Multifunction Inkjet Printer from PB. My HP had never dealt with A3, the Epson WF was almost the only printer that seemed capable of scanning - as well as printing - A3. I ordered it on 19 January 2026 - it arrived safely the next day. I've waited until now before reviewing because I wanted to see how it behaved. It's been immaculate. I had to scan nearly 3kg of paperwork yesterday - for work - so I could burn it and get it out of my front room! That was done effortlessly both single and double sided - much of it having been stapled and roughed up a bit. Fingers crossed I never have to deal with Hewlett Packard again - except perhaps to receive compensation for the hours and £100s wasted on their products - which do not work.

I purchased 2 printers from Printerbase some 2 weeks apart.
Next day delivery arrived on time in both cases.
The customer care especially from Caroline was simply brilliant. Caroline even contacted me to advise me that I could claim cash back on both machines, something I had not been aware of!
All this on top of the best price I could find.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid over £700 for the printer, and the quality is extremely poor. When I requested a return, it was not accepted, which made the experience even worse. Customer support was unhelpful, and overall the service has been frustrating. I do not recommend this company. I also submitted a review on their website, but it requires approval before being published.

Did price comparisons on usual web sites. Found Printerbase to have a good offer and are UK based. Needed to clarify one aspect of the printer so phoned. Call answered quickly and the lady I spoke to was friendly and knowledgable. So ordered the printer which came the next day - very impressed. Printerbase have followed up to check all is OK.

My old Canon Pixma gave up the ghost so I looked online for a replacement. Amazon could not deliver the replacement model for about two weeks and Curry's did not have it in stock. I found Printerbase online, gave them a call and was surprised to speak to a helpful human being instead of a bot. He said the model was in stock and could be delivered free of charge the next day – and that there would be a £60 cash back from Canon. The new printer duly arrived, it works like a dream and the Canon cash back is now in my account. What a great firm this is! I shall use them in future.

Made the order today and have already had a courtesy call from Steve Killick (not sure of his role at the company or the spelling of his name) but clearly has a great belief in client care and ensuring the most effective solutions for customers.
Order set to be delivered within 24 hours and cannot fault the process.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Particularly liked the phone call to discuss the order, the product and delivery.

Purchased a Cannon TS8750 to replace a 17 year old cannon that had given first class service. Service from Printerbase was first class, with some good advice on the phone when required.
Well priced, cheaper than Amazon.
