This company is a scam.
I have now been working with this company over one year an trying to get my invested funds back and they never let you wedraw your money.
I'll explain how they work.
As first you need to subscribe to one of their investment plans what starts low with 1K, but already after a few days they will push you to upgrade your account to the next level due to the high profits what are visible in the account your created. And this continues again after a few days and again and again and they push you to upgrade otherwise the invested funds are lost and can not be redrawn until you end up in the highest investment platform until end of the month.
In between you get a trader assigned who “guides” you through the daily investments.
At the end of the month you see an overview of your profits in your account and can start the redraw process. If you start the process they will not accept the redraw before you pay the commission of the trader upfront it’s a percentage of your total profits 2%.
They ask you to pay this percentage on a bitcoin wallet and will provide you with the required amount and the bitcoin wallet. The transfer you make in USD needs to be processed by their software. But when you send the required amount they come back to you that only partially it’s accepted by the software due to the high fluctuations on bitcoin. So if you send 500usd the software only takes 300usd into count. So they ask you to make another transfer for the remaining amount.
Then you end up with a last final amount that needs to be send and they always come back that what is send the amount is not enough and not accepted by the software and added to your account and to transfer again the amount that they give you and will indicate as minimum. At that time you transfer a bit more not to be in the same situation again and then they tell you that it’s again rejected by the software as the amount was to high and added to your account.
After this they will send you an email from support to tell you that multiple customers had the same issue and have adjusted their software to accept a final amount what is way higher then your remaining value to pay. You are at that time also assigned to a senior account manager.
Now you work with this person and this person tells you when and within which time frame to send the correct amount. After following that instruction you don’t get a reply for many hours and then the account manager comes back that you used the wrong wallet and that wallet is not accepted anymore by the software and they blame you not asking for the wallet to send. All previous payments have always been done on the wallet you used so again they add the money to your account and offer to help you with a final amount to send.
