Went for passport photo, told where to wait for store employee to come & take photo. Waited 20 minutes no one came. Asked original staff what was happening she didn't know.
Will avoid SHOPPERS in future & shop online (better prices & service.
Garbage products, smart marketing
I shopped a few thousands worth of products from shoppers plus and their associated brand called primecables for the past few years.
Gotta give it to them, they have a very smart marketing strategy. There is for example a dynamic discount system where it shows different prices to different users at a time and encourages you to become a member and shop more in order to meet their free shipping and such.
It's quite sinister when you think about it and here is why. It's kind of an online dollar store except they carry way cheaper products most of the time while more expansive than a local dollar store.
Now they do have some products that work but are significantly cheaper than other online stores such as amazon or aliexpress and you cannot really tell that until you get to use the product. Examples are some cables, kitchen accessories and such.
The support is almost non-existent. Good luck returning something that is not up to the quality you expect. They'll take their time to reply to your request and ask you to record videos and take pictures and then not accept the return.
Cheap Products and NO Customer Service
This company should not be allowed to operate. They sell garbage, have a horrendous customer service, and can give a hoot if you cancel or complain.
I have asked for a return authorization on an item that just did not function at all and my multiple requests for a return have simply been ignored.
I don't know how people like these can continue to operate. The dollar store is a FAR BETTER option. This place is hardly laughable they suck so bad.

So I ordered a double steel bed frame and instead got a queen. As you can see it takes up my whole room. Please don't order from them I'm pretty sure it's a scam, either that or they constantly screw up orders. I paid $300 so my loss is your gain.

About three weeks ago my my double/twin bed frame snapped in half under my weight (big mistake getting a cheap wood frame online through fb) So I decided to try this out my friend told me about them. I never heard of them. So without looking at any reviews I decide hey why not no harm no foul right? Well first I receive a queen sized huge bed frame when I ordered a steel twin bed frame. It took my neighbour who was nice enough to help me two hours to assemble it. I look at it and am like yep this is definitely 100% a queen bed frame, which I never ordered. When I went to pay for it the guy said okay $300. But the site said it was $98. I took a look at the frame itself, and was like this is much bigger than a double. It said everything was in the head board, like all the gear to assemble it. So I take one look at it and am like yep this is definitely a queen, I never ordered a queen. So two days later I finally receive the right size frame (steel) with prime cables. Weird name for a bed frame company imo. Anyway, about two days ago I try and assemble it myself cause it looks very straight forward, and low and behold it truly isn't. The slats are significantly bigger then the frame itself, and I had a complete emotional and mental breakdown trying to put this thing together. Please please please do not buy from this company. You'll be out hundreds of dollars. Order from Leons, or Jysk. This site is a complete scam.
Run or they will take your money
I bought a bed desk, asked to send to my home wirh postage monies as store for Walmart where company wanted to send it 1.5 hours away. Recieved notice that item sent to a store anyway. Coykd not contact store aels I coykd go there. Requested item to be sent back as not sent to me. I was given a email that basically send I coukd just give it away. And I was charged 10.00 to send back. I never recieved item but charged return postage. Several people tell me this is just a scam to begin with. They made the error and afyer 15 phone calls I am to pay return for something I paid to go to my door. Please understand upfront this may 100 percent happen to you...ridiculous service with intent to take as much money as they can!

Shopper+ offers no customer service and dont care their customer. They will ask a thousand questions then ignore you at the end. Never buy from them again
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service of any business ever and trashy product quality. They sent me a greenhouse with numerous defective parts (identical parts with inconsistent lengths, bent/dented ends), and I had to spent an hour on chat to get them to request a resend, which they only pretended to agree to (see update below), they further asked for the old one to be returned which is a HUGE inconvenience given the weight and size and style of packing, and they were not even apologetic for the extreme inconvenience. Instead, the agent made repeated threats to charge my card again if it's not returned later on, which puts ShoppersPlus as literally the worst business I have had the misfortune of shopping with!!
Also, that advertising about shipping within 1-2 business day everywhere on their site? Absolute garbage, empty promise, and downright lies.
Update: After waiting more than a week, they still had NOT shipped the replacement. I contacted them by chat again and the agent was absolutely vile, saying they hadn't agreed to send it despite proof of screenshots of the last conversation where they said they would, and started making false accusations based on things they took out of context in the last conversation. This business cannot even ensure they hire people with minimal standards of professionalism, how can they be trusted to get anything right?

False advertisment of Lexmark 521 printer cartridge and company refused to accept return of cartridge
I had a Lexmark MS 521 printer. I found one from this company's website offering a "Lexmark 521 52D1000 original black return program toner cartridge". I ordered one and received the delivery 5 days later. The box's label is 52D1000. The cartridge is too big and did not fit the Lexmark 521 printer. Shopper Support refused to accept the return of the unused cartridge because the box was opened even though 1. the cartridge has never been used and 2. it does not honor - Warranty: Free return and 30 days warranty. I was told that I should have read the fine prints of the product before ordering. Do I need a lawyer to check the order ? It is a poor service and false advertisement of Lexmark 521 52D1000 cartridge. Be careful if you plan to order one.
Final decision: The company refused the return of the cartridge and I lost $ 270. Reason: the plastic wrapping was opened. They did not accept their responsibility of false advertisement. My final recommendation: do not buy products from this company.
Poor Customer Service
I bought a PANTUM 2500w printer. The delivery was fast, but i couldn't set up printer due to product defect. Customer service gave me hard time to return, it's been one week i haven't got any solution yet. My review on their website has disappear and "order return" function is disable.
Portable playpen/ bed
I have been looking for a portable playpen/ bed that was affordable and reasonably priced. I was on the fence when I came across this company. But I took a chance and ordered it. I am pleasantly surprised. I was hoping to add photos. I highly recommend checking their shop out! I look forward to buying more products.
Dont buy Moustache brand cartridge…
I bought a Moustache brand cartridge that is advertised as a premium high-quality cartridge but had a quality performance defect. Following normal use (usually printing work), the print quality deteriorated from 60% usage and the prints became illegible from 70% usage. I contacted customer service to apply the 2-year warranty advertised on their Moustache brand product. After some discussion, I was finally offered a 30% discount on the purchase of my next cartridge. I already paid shipping for a 100% full working product once, and they refused to offer a free shipping. So the problem is the scheme of offering us a fake discount to encourage us to buy other products so as not to have to repay the shipping costs. Indeed, Ink123 requires a minimum purchase amount to get free delivery. In my opinion, this is an unfaithful way to promote a guarantee or do business.

Two weeks later, a service manager contacted me and we settle an arrangement that im happy with. Im upgrading from 1 star to 3 star for this settlement.

Can't even ship same-day or next-day. Ordered a few items on the 9th. Nothing was listed as out of stock or back ordered. I check the order status two days later to find its listed at "Awaiting to be packed".
Chat supports all items are in stock & can't understand why it hasn't shipped.
Great company. Ordered many times
I’ve ordered many times from primecables (tv stand, lightning cable, headphones), shopperplus (pens, stationary) and toners.
All my experiences were good. Everything came in a timely manner and most of the prime cable items were very good quality based on how cheap they were.
They ship via Canpar
They ship via Canpar. Tracking information is the very descriptive "HELD AT TERMINAL". Calling Canpar does not yield any additional information after 40 minutes on hold. One week after order and no one can tell me when to expect my order. Even Canada Post would have been an improvement. Shopper Plus to their credit refunded the shipping fee, but the order is still "HELD AT TERMINAL" and no way to get it unheld. Vendor was responsive to all of this and reshipped the toner that had been ordered. Also shipped via CanPar.

I had ordered toners from these guys. Sent them an email and called them to tell them that they had sent the WRONG TONER. The follow up is terrible. I expect them to send over a correct toner right away as this is their mistake. I wouldn't suggest ordering them as the customer service is terrible.
