ORDERED 2 fans totaling £79 , no confirmation email , no response to emails , phone number goes to a mobile with a full mail box , they should be shut down , filled a report with credit card company and trading standards

I ordered a fan and the wrong one was delivered which cost half the price , ive emailed asking for a refund or for the original item to be given to me and they haven't replied

No confirmation email. No next day dispatch. I got a fan eventually, not the one I ordered/shown online. A smaller fan with a stand. Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered a freestanding fan from this company. I never received any order confirmation email, yet they took the payment from my account straight away. Their website advertises same day dispatch, but I never got a dispatch notice, and over a week later, I’ve still received neither the item nor any update from them.

I tried contacting them multiple times: their website contact form just shows an “oops something went wrong” error every single time, clearly it doesn’t actually work. I also sent emails to an alternative address listed on their site, and got no reply at all.

Looking now at the reviews here, I see so many people have experienced the exact same issues: no confirmation, payment taken, no dispatch, impossible to contact, no product, no response. I should’ve read these before I ordered, it would’ve saved me the hassle and the money.

I’ve now had to open a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Avoid this company completely.

THIS IS SCAM COMPANY - *AVOID*!!!
Placed an order for two fans on next day delivery, no confirmation email and of course no next day products. They are impossible to contact. The website message generates an error, the email bounces with a "does not exist" and the phone number just defaults to mailbox full and hangs up. Luckily paid through Klarna who investigated but also got no response after a month and refunded me.
CLEARLY A SCAM SITE SO DO NOT TOUCH THEM. I have reported them to Report Fraud.

Do not give this scamming company any money. No confirmation email, no reply through the contact portal, emails to the company simply bounce back as undelivered. Why dont trading standards clamp down on these thieving cockroaches.

Situation is identical to those mentioned. Ordered a fan a week ago. Website says they’ll dispatch all orders the same day but nothing has arrived.
I had an email from Evri saying they were expecting an item (again, same as mentioned, parcel dimension totally off given the size of the fan). No further progress with it being received by Evri a week on.
2 emails sent to the company with no reply to either. No email from them confirming the order had been made and evidently I’m another who’s just given them money for nothing.
Thankfully I decided to Klarna it for added protection, so I’ve been in touch with them and due to follow up again in 3 days’ time.
The website is still showing the item as in stock, but no wonder if they never actually fulfil orders. Maybe there’s just one fan they keep selling to countless people but never actually send to anyone.
Shocking company, 1 star is too much even

Just wondering how this website is allowed to be accessible still.

This company is literally ruining my life right now. When we had the heat wave, I didn't have my purse with me or bank details. So I used Clearpay in order for the fan I bought for my Dad, who was struggling in the heat to be processed quicker!

After checking out, I got no email confirmation.
No order number.
So I went on to the website to find out their contact details, emailed Pricecrunchers on two occasions, and both emails bounced back to me stating the inbox, I am trying to email is full!!

I checked here and the reviews were enough to make me take it further.

So of course, anyone would then contact their bank about an order that's been placed and an item not received. So Barclays have clearly frozen the payments due to price crunches.

Now Clearpay has stepped in, threatening me with affecting my credit rating and fines if I don't hurry up and pay the remaining balance of £35.99

I've just come off my second phone call with Clearpay. Trying to explain the situation to them is like banging my head against a brick wall and that we are speaking two different languages because all I get told back is use a different bank card. How can I pay a zero balance with any card?

If it's zero balance?!!

So again, I have explained to them, there needs to be a note on the system that I should not be fined or my credit rating affected because my bank is dealing with an issue with the company themselves, and they still don't seem to be understanding me!

I'm pretty sure I'm good at English. I was born here and I can speak it very well.

In a nutshell. Do not order from this company because you won't get your item and for myself. I won't be using Clearpay ever again because I'm getting threats over a ridiculously low amount of money that I am unable to pay because the bank is dealing with the issue between me and the company themselves.

If my credit rating is affected after this, I am going to be fuming and wish I'd just waited to order the fan when I got home with my bank details instead of thinking.... "oh it would be quicker to do it this way!"

Following my previous review and having received no communication, confirmation of my order nor replies to my emails a fan was finally delivered to me from Harewood Industrial Products. They are apparently another name for Pricecruncher, same phone number same full mailbox.
According to Evri, who emailed me about awaiting dispatch from Harewood of a 10cmx10xcmx10cm package for an 18 inch (48cm) industrial floor fan, to be delivered once received. Evri like Harewood and Pricecruncher ignored my emails questioning impossible parcel size for the fan. The lack of acknowledgement of my emails, impossible telephone contact response and reviews citing similar experiences to mine set alarm bells ringing. On this occasion, I unlike other purchasers received my order. I would not like to repeat my experience with this company and will check to see which other company names they trade under before ordering online.

Ordered a fan, never received a confirmation email or any communication. Nobody answers the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. PLEASE BE AWARE: THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS WEBSITE HAVE TRIED TO SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT USING MY BANK DETAILS!!!! FRAUD!!!! FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!! This website is registered to someone called SAMIR VYAS. I have contacted the police and reported him. DO NOT BUY!!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!

Order placed. Received no confirmation email.
An order for something from Harewood International was then linked to my Evri account. I'm assuming it was my order but I can't tell because it was delivered to somewhere in Leeds instead of my address.
Numerous emails to customer service that have gone unanswered and ringing the number it rings once and goes to voicemail.

No customer service at all. Messaged 3 times emailed twice to cancel the order because I hadn't had it for over 20 days. I didn't even get an acknowledgement email when I bought it. Stay clear!

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered an item 25th June, no order confirmation despite payment being taken, emails go ignored.
Phone number is diverted to a mobile which cuts you off after one ring. Company is total scam, recently also at risk of being struck off. This is fact, you can check publicly held accounts.
Now waiting for my bank to confirm if they will refund my money.

Please don't use this retailer. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from them. I purchased 3 fans totalling £94 which they never sent to me despite claiming next delivery on their website. I did not get an email confirming the order and my newly created online account didn't show my order either. I had no response on email or the telephone. I eventually managed to get a refund via raising a dispute with my bank but it was a lot of hassle and time spent doing this.

Made a order paid for it 5 months later never got my order emailed and ask for my money back they dont come back to you phone and it goes into voice mail and it says voice mail box full got paid back by my bank

I ordered 2 chairs which cost £40 and got sent 2 shower curtains! Disgrace

I recommend everyone to stear well clear of this rogue company,I have sent them six emails and four telephone messages over the last ten weeks regarding an order I have not received [31st December],as of today 23rd March I have not received any replys,the seller is obviously deliberately ignoring me.And yet they have taken my payment of £12.99.I contacted Amazon regarding the issue but they were absolutely rubbish,the ridiculous advice they gave me was to contact the seller. Again I warn customers of this rouge seller and my advice is go to Ebay.
