Unfortunately we were overcharged by £8.25. I did raise that the bill seemed higher than it should be but was told it was correct. The mistake is that we’ve been charged for three starters but only had two (which happened because the wrong starter was brought to our table which we rejected). We were told to order another starter from the non-gift menu for free. Am rating one star as we’ve been overcharged and the bill wasn’t checked after we mentioned the bill seeming higher.

We ate on Prezzo in Weymouth on 2.8.26. The service wasn’t great from the start. My boyfriend had a pasta dish he said was ok. I have a very small appetite and asked for a child’s pizza. It was disgusting. The whole pizza wasn’t covered and filled with sauce and cheese and the pizza was tasteless. It started to make me want to vomit. At the end of our meal we were asked if everything was ok and I replied, “No, mine was awful and only ate half as I was hungry.” The waitress walked away. I called her back and asked her to take my plate. I then explained I was having a child’s meal so please could I have some ice cream. Over 20mins later (and no ice cream) we asked for the bill. We were charged for a child’s meal plus £5 for the ice cream that never arrived. I asked for the bill to be amended. We paid and left with not one member of staff saying thank you, etc. Prezzo will not me on my list to visit in any town or city again.

We visited Prezzo in Cardiff city centre on 6 August. The staff were very pleasant but the food ……… luckily we had some garlic bread as a starter as the portion size of our main course was abysmal. I had 4 small new potatoes cut in half and ‘roasted’ 3 stems of broccoli and a small slim strip of salmon - tasty yes but not enough. My husband had chicken parmigiana which came with a small pile of french fries and a smidge of side salad. Sorry Prezzo but this is not good enough - the meal was expensive - the most expensive we paid in our 3 days in Cardiff eating out. I do hope you read your reviews and make some changes. We will not be visiting your restaurants again sadly.

Hadn’t been to Prezzo for a while mainly because it’s not on the doorstep.
And always seem to go more local even though it’s 10 min drive away
So glad we decided to go tonight
The food was amazing. Four of us went and ordered four different meals.
Everyone of the main meals was excellent we all Ordered sides to compliment our mains and they were all hot and tasty too. I ordered salmon and king prawn pasta and it didn’t disappoint & the warm bread was gorgeous
The staff were so accommodating too.
It was alittle cold when we arrived due to the air conditioning , we brought it up to the waitresss attention. who totally apologised and went to turn it down ( I did ask her to check with the other tables to make sure it was okay ) and within five minutes it was so much more comfortable
There was a gentleman who lowered the whole tone of our area with his above vocal complaint (his choice obviously to complain ……. But I personally think he should not of ate his meal to the bone if he didn’t like it and then request a free meal ) he just looked like a cheap date !
! Hope he was married to the poor woman with him and not expecting a second date !! Lmao
The staff handled it very professionally
The rest of the restaurant thought what a tw@@ it did bring the lovely atmosphere down for a few minutes but wouldn’t have let it ruin our celebrations for my dear mom
There are always great offers on within the prezzo group which are with sourcing before your visit

Thame Prezzo - As always we had great food, great atmosphere and great service.
However was massively let down by not being able to get a 'jug' of tap water for the table. It was a very hot evening and the poor waitress was very busy and could only bring us very small glasses of water at a time, a new policy apparently and they came and took all the jugs away - what a ridiculous policy. We were buying drinks also but do like to have water alongside our alcoholic beverages. Please rethink this craziness!

I went to the prezzo restaurant at 5pm as a solo customer to be told they were full to capacity even though there were many tables available I went to Wagamama and could observe when I left at 6pm that there were still many tables available

I took my family for a meal, and on receipt of bill was told that NO CASH !!
Cash is legal tender, therefore you have lost a customer and my family will not visit Prezzo again

AVOID!!!!!! We had a voucher bought for our 40th birthdays for a two course meal for 2 adults and a child. So we bought our 6 year old to London for his first visit. This restaurant completely ruined our visit to the city. Our child was in tears! We said upfront about the voucher we had. We picked off the correct menus as requested (our child only had one course as he didn’t want a pudding). When it came to payment we were told our voucher was invalid!!! Despite having a printed hard copy with me infront of them on the table, stating an expiry date of July 2027!!! I also produced every code asked of me. The manager was completely rude and unhelpful. I requested that she speak to my father on the phone as he booked the voucher, she refused. The couple on the table next to us said the same thing happened to them. We ended up paying £80 for a meal that was gifted to us!! A COMPLETE DISGRACE!!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

Went to Prezzo Port Solent on Monday lunchtime with my wife and my granddaughter who we were treating. Having perused the menu my wife ordered Chicken Milanese to be told it wasn’t available so she ordered an alternative. I made my order of rigatoni and my granddaughter ordered mushroom ravioli. After a while our waiter told us that the mushroom ravioli was not available so she ordered the same rigatoni as I. After a while my wife’s alternative selection arrived plus one serving of rigatoni which my granddaughter took. We waited for mine to arrive which it didn’t. The waitress looked over after a while as nobody had started to eat, she looked at her screen then put her head through the hatch and appeared in animated conversation. Ten minutes later my meal arrived. I have eaten in this establishment many times and was very disappointed at the low standard of service afforded to us. There are a number of restaurants in Port Solent so we shall probably try some of those instead in future

Daughter in law's 30th birthday out with the family. No chicken nuggets for the kids, no mushrooms for the mushroom risotto, chicken bacon and avocado salad came without bacon, they had run out! Hot chocolate fudge cake was cold. Offer advertised for kids eat free in summer hols, only you have to scan, get a code a provide personal data, it didn't say that anywhere, even the manager couldn't find it. Kids wanted the ice cream sundae, paid extra, that's fine, tiny bit of ice-cream in a little bowl, they did have sprinkles and three slices of banana, definitely nothing like the picture on the menu.
Really the last time we go

We have eaten at the BH2 restaurant but today had a really terrible experience. I ate lunch with my daughter (8yo). When we arrived there were only three small groups dining yet we waited nearly 5 minutes to be seated. Members of staff looked over but did not even acknowledge us. Finally we were seated but had to ask for child's menu. Had to ask separately again for colouring crayons and 3D glasses. Then again as he forgot. A particular problem were the toilets. All female toilets had run out of toilet paper - two needed significant cleaning. It was unhygienic and frankly, disgusting.

We had a fabulous experience at the Cheltenham Brewery Prezzo earlier this week. We sat outside watching the world go by as we tucked into a savoury spread (with Prosecco) which was beyond our expectations. The 3 tired plate looked as it does in the advert (although better arranged). A fab selection: Arancini balls, fried mozzarella, Bruschetta, fabulous fresh sarnies and lots of sweet donuts etc to finish. Sam our server was attentive but not too pushy. A very enjoyable afternoon, which given me the confidence to book the same for friends.

We went to Prezzo in Port Solent with family members as they traveled down to spend some time with us. We recommended Prezzo as it was our favourite Italian restaurant so booked it online.
It took one hour for our starters to arrive we then waited a further 40 minutes at which point we enquired with the waitress how much longer it would be. She couldn’t give us an answer but explained it was the volume of online delivery orders that was slowing everything down.
Taking into account that we had booked our table online the next comment was totally unacceptable.
She said “WE CAN’T PRIORITISE TABLES”
Are Prezzo seriously taking that attitude with customers who have booked in advance to those that order online just before we get there.
We then decide to pay for what we had and leave
This has to be the worst customer experience we ever had
We will certainly consider elsewhere in future

We had a red letter day experience that was for £40 that we decided to use whilst shopping at the Freeport Braintree village. The two courses included a choice of a one starter or dessert and main each , we decided to share a starter which was ok but the bolognese and pizza were awful , undercooked bolognese and overcooked and dry pizza ,it was so bad I didn’t even order the dessert to take away . As this was a red letter day gift there was no gesture offered or any real concern that our meal and experience was ruined. Normally we would not let an issue like this go but it was one of those days we had just had enough and just wanted to leave . We did however get the water taken off the bill. It’s such a shame that we are finding standards getting worse and no effort to make things right .

This food was quick and so delicious we eat it all me and my dad lovely staff there and great service will highly recommend and be back soon xx

We visited PREZZO today for a late lunch. We ordered pizza, garlic bread, chilli fries and a side salad. Everything was cooked so well. The pizza was delicious with a lovely bread base. Chilli fries were hot but so tasty. The side salad was perfect with a beautiful balsamic glaze. Food was amazing and service very good. There is a lovely seating area outside perfect for this stunning weather and overlooking the fabulous view of Mumbles beach 🏖️♥️
We really enjoyed our trip & will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Went to the Prezzo just off of Bristol city centre for an early evening meal before going to a show. The servers were very good, friendly and polite. My friend & I both had the chicken carbonara al forno which was tasty. The letdown was the dessert. I ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae, which claimed to include (obviously) strawberry, shortcake, ice cream & topped with cream & a cherry. What materialised was actually 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream with some squirty cream on top. Hardly qualifying as a ‘sundae’ & certainly not worth the £8 price tag. I mentioned it to one of the staff and they came back a few minutes later with a piece of shortcake & a strawberry!

Prezzo Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port. Perfect meal, pleasant surroundings, excellent and rapid service from both Klaudia and Rachel. Highly recommended.

Cheltenham. We were not allowed to sit on the outside pavement with our small dog. How bad - it's the pavement!!!
Will never use them with this attitude.
Found a nice restaurant close by at BOSCO, dog friendly outside, lovely meal and staff

Fantastic service food was spectacular definately will return
