The food at Clacton Prezzo was amazing.The service from Alfie was great.We loved our evening.

Italian food done bland and very expensive for a chain eating place.
If you want quality pasta and pizza go to a proper Italian restaurant. Dont be ripped off by this over hyped mush

The food was very mediocre. White wine sauce is gravy with maybe a little white wine, patato al forno was a badly prepared hasselback potato. Chicken breast was 2 small pieces of chicken breast. White wine sauce is usually a creamy white sauce and al forno patatoes are usually slices of patato baked in the oven not a microwaved hasselback. Bury St Edmunds Prezzo, service was very good. Hence 2 starrs.

Food was great but from the time we entered the restaurant in Bury St Edmunds the service was amazing. We were looked after by a wonderful young chap called Kris, he was polite, friendly, attentive, although he was busy he was constantly checking all was ok etc. it's been a while since I've received a service to be anywhere near as good as this. What a credit he is to your front of house staff.....

Our experience was perfect at Prezzo in East Grinstead. From the initial welcome, to our waiter and his professional delivery of our drinks and food, and then the quality and presentation of our food. Absolutely brilliant from all concerned.

My wife and I invited friends here for an evening meal last weekend. The service was amazing, the food beyond compare and the prices very reasonable for such wonderful food. Perfect in all respects from start to finish. It’s my home town of Weymouth and we will be going again very soon. Thanks to all the staff for making a great evening even better.

I think that Prezzo has a fantastic choice of scrumptious dishes. I especially enjoy their truffle and chips infused burgers. Service is always attentive and friendly. I rate their Godalming restaurant as the best in town.

We walked in by chance, without a reservation, it was heavily raining, it was a Saturday evening and of course all the tables were booked. But I sincerely asked to find us any place, as we had come from Oxfordshire and we did not know the area at all. To my surprise, Matt - a great waiter - offered us a table.
It was a very good quality of food: we ordered pizzas, pastas, salad and deserts.All food was delicious. The staff was lovely, the place was clean and very nice.

Great restaurant - this is what distinguishes this restaurant from others. It is flexible and adapts to each guest personally. Matt is an extremely friendly and professional guy.

We have been to Prezzo before, and the restaurants - as many businesses do - directly reflect the ability and attitude of those who work there. We went to Prezzo Cambridge for a late Valentine meal, and the food, drink and people were excellent. It is the best Prezzo we have been to by a very, very long way. We promised to mention Alexa our waitress, and Karina and Lucasz who were incredibly helpful. Thank you all three, and hope to see you again. Unforturnately even these three superheroes could not save the train wreck that was a Red Letter Day 'Experience'. That should not reflect on Prezzo: well done.

Went for lunch today. I love the chicken, bacon and avocado salad which used to come with honey and mustard dressing. The staff were lovely but told me it had recently changed. It was served with their house dressing which is not house dressing at all, just oil and balsamic which doesn’t go with those ingredients.

I appreciate times are very challenging for companies right now, but this kind of decision reeks of desperation and cutting corners where possible. It was overpriced for small portions.

Had a nice meal at Prezzo Stevenage and offered 3 Tesco vouchers in part payment. Waitress returned saying that only 2 vouchers were needed and appeared on the receipt. However checking my Clubcard account and talking to Tesco confirms that all 3 vouchers were used and I was overcharged by £9. Ewa is looking into this and will get back to me.
