This is my 2nd order with this company, i loveee the bathbombs they make. My daughter's are always asking to order from this company due to how bright and colourful the bathbombs are and the smell is amazing. Doesn't stain my bath at all or my daughter's skins. We will continue to buy from this company 🙂🙂

Love the mystery imperfect box, my kids love to unbox all the items, rhubarb and custard still my fav, such a deep and strong scent 👍

This is my final review before contacting my bank to get my money back.
The person who owns pretty suds is quite clearly just in it for the money and has no cares whatsoever. Is a genuinely pathetic human.

I commented on their Facebook and Instagram, and had replies from multiple people about missing orders, payments taken, posting online but ignoring emails. I recieved quite alot of attention from people who have all had the same issues. A week later every single comment is gone and multiple people have been blocked from their social media.

They package things very poorly using non recyclable materials and it's pretty bad quality. After 4!!! Months I received a box, finally, and 4 payments taken. The items were all damaged, crumbled or badly made. All the packaging is either non recyclable plastic, or card covered in plastic paints or oils.

At the time of writing this review I've had £80 taken and recieved 1 subscription box. I've recieved no apology, no contact at all. No refund, not even a pathetic 10% discount that someone like this would offer.

As I said, the woman running this business should be ashamed of herself for straight up stealing from potentially hundreds of customers. She has no ethics, and no moral compass. The thousands they made from boots, youd think theyd be able to offer a refund but clearly she desperately needs the money that everyone has lost out on.

Box thrown over gate by courier. Contacted them via Facebook twice and email regarding smashed bath bombs and no reply. Appalled by lack of (no) communication.

Awesome products, nothing arrived broken and everything works wonderfully. I've tagged you lots on Instagram!

Completely in love with the amazing products, my daughter has a number of health issues and baths are her calm zone they worked for her so well will definitely buy again thank you

Was a little bit nervous to order from an instagram ad but wow the mystery box was amazing including postage it worked out at £1.50 per item- One bag was damaged but there was loads in the box- product wise the bath bombs were fab! Great smell bright colours and soft skin after, I will definitely be ordering again.

I got my first subscription box today and I am absolutely over the moon. I got 6 bath bombs and a box of bath crumble which I think is so generous. You can tell there is a lot of care and thought going in to the box. From planning, to making every bath bomb from hand themselves, to designing and printing the leaflets that go into them. Not to mention all the work they do outside of this for normal sales. Considering it’s only two people who run it, I take my hat off to them. Granted keeping us customers updated and in the loop on our orders could be improved. and to be honest the fact this was late doesn’t matter any more because the box makes up for it. The owner is so lovely and friendly once you can get hold of them. I can’t wait for more boxes to come! This is going to be my look forward to every month - whether it arrives on time all not :) thank you!!

Ordered my imperfect mystery box on the Saturday, arrived on the Tuesday! All products are full size, and they are amazingly big bath bombs, I was surprised how big they are! Smell lovely, can’t wait to use! Will definitely be ordering again, you’ve gained a new customer! Thank you 😊

The package was delivered super quickly, there was a mix of things as always and the value for money I think is absolutely beyond belief. We love buying these boxes and being able to treat ourself. We are gift givers in life and love to make other people smile. So these boxes allow a gift back to me and my wife xx what a lovely treat xx thank you pretty suds xx
