Whilst there was a delay for items ordered over Christmas, I understand this was more to do with Royal Mail than Pretty Suds. Customer service was top notch.

I haven’t used the bombs myself but my wife seems happy with them :)

I have ordered from the company several times over the past 9 months, and I also receive a monthly subscription box from them too. My orders have always arrived in perfect condition and their products are unique and of excellent quality.

Deliveries do take a long time - the company uses Royal Mail as its delivery service. I have noticed an increase in time taken to receive my orders over the past couple of months.

Customer service has always been good when I have contacted them. As others have said, it can take a few days to get a response but I have always found them to be helpful and polite.

I recently bought 3 of the white hygge bath bombs and 2 of the dark cloud bath bombs. 4 were meant to be Christmas presents and I kept one of the Hygge bombs for myself. Unfortunately having now used the one for myself, I will no longer be giving the others as presents. I use a lot of bath bombs but these were a real disappointment in comparison. They had absolutely no scent whatsoever, made the water a pale murky green colour and the famous rainbow colour advertised in the photos of the bath bomb lasted all of 10 seconds. I would not want to give these as presents as they are really disappointing. Its a shame as I was really excited about them, but unfortunately on this occasion they just didn't deliver :(

I have been receiving the bath bomb subscription boxes since march and have placed multiple orders for more bath bombs. They have all arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The bath bombs are lovely, they smell amazing and don't stain your bath which is great and the new collection is amazing. I will definitely continue to receive more subscription boxes and place more orders for bath bombs. 100% recommend PrettySuds.

Purchased from this company a few times and would recommend! Friends have bought me bath bombs from here as gifts and they have all been amazing! I recently purchased a 'Sunny Side Up Egg Box' for a friend and its amazing value and a lovely set! They smell and look amazing plus theyre cruelty free and vegan friendly!

Several orders had issues, had to constantly chase just to receive what I'd paid for. Final straw was instead of receiving the wax melt subscription and some bath crumble - which surprise surprise I had to chase just to get something sent out - the crumble was out of stock so she replaced it with some bath bombs and all that turned up was 3 baths bombs and no wax melts so I effectively have paid almost £18 for 3 bath bombs, funnily enough when I stated this to her my message was read and not replied to. I've given more then enough chances but sadly despite liking the products I won't be returning as a customer and have taken my business elsewhere.

In response to your reply, I find it very unfair for you to claim the replacements for lost orders are being classed as free, I still paid for these orders and the only item I have received for free was a bath bomb but the wax melts were missing so technically I even paid for that so called free bath bomb. All I've ever wanted was the items I ordered and paid for.

I received some bath bombs in the post
Today and they are absolutely beautiful, the packaging is lovely and the bath bombs are incredible. Had to try them straight away. I bought the “sunny side up” egg box and I can’t believe what value for money it was. 6 bombs for £5.95! Bargain!

The bath bombs are amazing. The colours are bright and they smell lovely. Great value for money.
There have been some. Issues during lockdown with customer service and delivery buy it seems to have sorted itself out now so putting it down to the pandemic and slow mail. I've now had 3 subscription boxes and 1 mystery box from them and every box has been great.

Bath bombs arrived today and i'm so happy! This is my first order with Pretty Suds and i'm impressed so far.

I've not used the products yet but i was very happy with the hand written note in the parcel.

They are packaged beautifully and my cats enjoyed playing with the packing popcorn.

Only marked down because the goods took longer than i expected to be delivered, (ordered on 15th, received 27th) but i'm sure the products themselves will make up for that.

18/03/20: Placed an order right at the beginning of Lockdown for some hand sanitizer, including shipping as everwhere was selling out fast or charging ridiculous prices. I thought I'd take a punt on what appeared to be a reputable local business.

19/03/20: Received an email about collecting it from their shop at Parkgate. I replied saying I'd paid for postage and happy to wait for the items. No response.

31/03/20: Received an email saying they still had me down for collection. Again I replied stating I'm happy to have it posted out.

02/04/20: Received an email from Tom saying he'd put it in the post. No items delivered.

15/04/20: I emailed saying we'd not received the items and asked if they had any tracking for the parcel. No response.

21/04/20: I emailed again. No response.

07/05/20: Conversation via FB messenger, apologies and they stated they'd deliver the item the following day. No items delivered.

12/05/20: Email from Tom saying he'd found my 21/04/20 email at the bottom of his inbox and hoped it had been resolved. I replied stating we still didn't have the items, even after the FB conversation and a promise of delivery on 08/05/20. No response.

14/05/20: I'd finally had enough so left a negative review on their FB page. I'm not alone. Loads of similar messages about promised delivery and no items. I received a message via FB messenger asking how they could resolve the issue. I replied by saying I just want the items that I paid for. No response.

16/06/20: Received an email from Chloe saying they'd found my email from 12/05/20 at the bottom of their inbox and "If there’s anything I can still do, please do let me know. It’s been a tricky few month’s but we’re glad to be finally back to some sort of normal!" plus a 20% discount off a future purchase. I replied by saying I'd still not received my order that I placed over 90 days ago and why would I be purchasing from them again? Got an apology response saying there "clearly was a communication issue" and that if I wanted help, I was to let them know. I replied saying I'd just like the items I paid for or a refund. No response.

Shame really. Recommended by friends and their products look good. But they've got £15.95 of my cash and I don't have anything to show for it.

Wow 🤩 I ordered on the Monday and it arrived by the Wednesday, honestly didn’t expect it to be so quick. I was really excited to open my June Subscription Box and when I looked inside I couldn’t believe how Big the BathBombs were - they are Fantastic value for money. They are fabulous colours and smell gorgeous. I’m now looking forward to my July Box 📦 would highly recommend to anyone who loves a bathbomb treat.

I love them so much I don't even know where to start with this review! I want to give the biggest hug to whoever's brain-child it is! I think of them more as little pieces of interactive art, that provide a beautiful and relaxing mindfulness/self care routine. You can really feel how much thought, creativity and love is put into each subscription box.

Incredibly good value, especially considering they're handmade and the amount of care and creativity that goes into each box.

The colours are beautiful, turning the water lovely deep/vibrant shades. Watching them fizz is an absolute delight and mindfulness activity in itself. The scents are gorgeous - a very natural and well balanced feeling, not too chemically, overpowering or sickly sweet like some. Left absolutely no residue or staining in the bath, which is impressive given what beautiful colours they turn the water.

Signed up for the subscription boxes on 28th June, which are usually dispatched on 20th each month. Was pleasantly surprised to receive the June box 2 days later, with a free shower jelly to boot! I haven't had any issues at all, but I imagine they would be very helpful and responsive if you did have any queries.

As an often emotionally and physically fatigued frontline worker, I love that this box turns up every month and reminds me to take a little time just for me. It helps me switch off from a hard day, relax and remember to find joy in the little things.

Bathbombs smell delicious, quick delivery and packaged very well. Can’t wait to use and will be ordering again

the subscription box is such great value for money I absolutely love them and so does my little girl, they don't irritate our skin at all just leave us with soft skin and a wonderfully scented bathroom

Over a month to dispatch a order (both subscription and none subscription). Still not received it. No response from any social media platform or email. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I came across Pretty Suds while looking for a treat during lockdown. I had just missed the March dispatch so had to wait a little while to receive my first box, due to the current postal delays. It was well worth the wait!! Unfortunately though, my daughters spotted the bath bombs and they love them as much as I do so I now have to share! They are equally as excited to see what bath bombs they can use and what colour the water will turn. They are so bright and colourful and smell lovely. They also donr stain the bath. Highly recommended.

This is our second subscription box. Such good value for money. They smell amazing and leave your skin feeling lovely and soft. The kids love them as much as I do. Thankyou

Monthly subscription box is amazing. My whole family love the bath bombs and I'm lucky if I have one left out of the box! Can't fault this lovely company.
