As a first time buyer Prestige Private Finance was the perfect choice for us. We had the pleasure of Gary as out mortgage broker and he did a brilliant job. As first time buyers we had a ton of different questions and Gary was great at taking his time and answer and explain all of them and this made us feel comfortable with the process. Furthermore he made sure we got a great rate compared to others in the current market.

For life insurance Ed was a great help to make sure we got the insurance we needed. And just as Gary he was great at answering all the different question we had.

All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend.

The mortgage broker from Prestige Private Finance that I used was Edward Stephenson - he was amazing, he helped me through all the aspects of re-mortgaging my buy to let properties, and got me a great deal. It was a very stressful time with the rising mortgage costs, and I really appreciated his calm and patience in talking me through everything and answering all my questions. Highly recommended.

Gary was incredibly kind and helpful - even when many banks rejected my application because of the credit score he didn't give up and kept looking for a solution. I would 100% recommend him to anybody looking to mortgage / re-mortgage. Extremely professional and friendly which is very much in need when you are stressed buying a house.

Having Jonathan as my mortgage broker was far better than I ever could have hoped for. As a first time buyer the entire market and process of buying was extremely overwhelming and Jonathan helped guide me in nearly all aspects of it. He goes far further than just helping with the mortgage and his experience in property as a whole is invaluable. As a contractor also it was not easy finding a good deal with a lender but Jonathan was able to find a great deal considering today's market conditions. All in all I don't think I could have done it without him and I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone trying to purchase a property.

Phil Moses helped us re-mortgage our previous first mortgage in a world where interest rates are dicey and on the rise!

We can't thank Phil enough for his proactive and diligent manner - he was on top of the products that were available and made a real concerted effort to find the best deals giving us clear distinct options when it came to us choosing the mortgage that best suited our requirements.

He also leveraged his relationships with those lenders to troubleshoot our personal circumstances in relation to the offers and the exact timings of when we would complete and how that would affect our overall month to month payment on the switch over. There will always been things that come up that are unusual or circumstantial and Phil's experience shows when it comes to getting all of those small issues solved quickly.

Would highly recommend as it certainly took the hassle out of remortgaging and it really does get you access to rates that wouldn't necessarily be available if you went to a conventional high street bank lender!
