If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! All at prestige financial solutions are amazing! They are beyond kind and helpful and are there each step of the way! I can honestly not recommend a better company to help buy our first house! If you are looking for financial help just do it!

First time buyer! The whole “buying your first home” always seemed stressful until you actually start the process! It’s even worse than you can imagine! BUT I was recommended Paul & prestige by the estate agent. I cannot thank Paul or Jade enough for all their help in the process of buying a house. Solicitors are helpful, but honestly the people who make the biggest difference are these people. They are the people who have helped me, kept me calm and literally checked in on me every week throughout the process. I cannot put into words how amazing they really are. I would recommend these people to EVERYONE and ANYONE wanting a mortgage! Thank you all so much. India and Ryan x

Excellent service. I would definitely recommend prestige to anyone looking for a mortgage. From start to finish all the staff have been very helpful and I really feel like I was looked after all the way up to the point of completion on my house purchase. As a first time buyer it's something I really appreciated.

Being first time buyers we were a little unsure as to how the whole 'house buying' process worked and was referred to Prestige by a real estate agent and could not thank them enough. Sorted everything out from Life, Home and Contence Insurance as well as finding us the best mortgage available at the time. Further more they also did all the chasing with our solicitor. Never had to worry about anything as Prestige did everything for us as well as explaining all the jargon that comes with buying a home! Would highly recommend and thanks again Paul, Toni and Tracey!

A Massive Help!
I knew nothing of mortgages and buying a house, I had quite a unique arrangement with the purchase of my property and obviously everyone has a unique personal position financially but Prestige listened to my needs, gleaned all the information they needed from me and found the right product, held my hand through the whole conveyancing process and were generally lovely people to deal with that kept me informed of the process throughout.

Fantastic service, communication from the team was perfect and they really made sure they took as much stress away from me during the transactions as possible. Having used 2 other financial service company’s previously to deal with my mortgages I would not use anyone else going forward as I don’t think prestige could have given a better service. My wife and I have been using Prestige for the past 3 years for all things mortgage and life insurance related. Having never used a broker company before, we didn’t really know what to expect and whether we needed one or not. However, Prestige came very highly recommended from several friends a few years ahead of us and so we decided to give them a try. We are so pleased we did as it has taken the stress out of many situations and helped us make some big decisions with ease. We recently worked with Paul, Rachel and Tracey, who are all very helpful, knowledgable and professional. Communication is clear and fast, and we are always made to feel like we matter to them. Having a very non standard situation, I sought the help of Prestige Financial Solutions to organise a mortgage for me.

I literally just provided them with my deposit amount, filled in a questionnaire about my financial and personal status and left them to it.

With a couple of hiccups outside of their control, I still had a decision in principle within 2 days with a great interest rate.

Ash Baker, who was my contact, was excellent. He had access to mortgages that I would have been unable to access without him and he went straight to the right people, companies he knew would lend to me with my unusual financial position.

Once I found a property I was interested in, I provided Ash with my documentation and he dealt with all communication with the lender. Ash and Toni provided me with literally every update, no matter how minor.

This company made a stressful situation as stress free as possible and made the service well worth the price I agreed. They required no payment until I was in receipt of a mortgage offer, so worked very hard for me and have left me delighted.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige, in particular Ash Baker. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to mortgage products and was very patient in explaining something to me that he's no doubt explained a thousand times before.

I originally contacted Tracey 2yrs ago after she was recommended by a friend when i started looking for a new house, a few months later my circumstances changed and i no longer needed a mortgage from Prestige.. However 2yrs later i re-contacted Tracey & she was more than happy to help me again. From start to finish, Tracey & Rachel have been there, not only for advice but to help things go smoothly, especially when my difficult circumstance required a push of urgency on exchange & completion, Tracey stepped in and helped. - 5* Service and without question would use again and will recommend to all my friends and family. The people at Prestige are excellent. Their customer service is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I've had two mortgages completed via Paul and the team and we are now completing our Wills with Janine. Everyone is friendly, efficient and we look forward to completing our third mortgage with the team later this year.
