We have worked with Prestige for the mortgage of our first house. Everyone at Prestige has been amazing, reliable and clearly explained all our options. Special mention to Jade, who's been amazing from the very first telephone call we have had with her, always checking on us and finding the best mortgage deal for us up until the very end. She's a great mortgage advisor, always ready to support and explain things further and she sometimes also suppored us out of her office hours which I am incredibly thankful for. We couldn't be happier to have chosen Jade and Prestige.

I have used Prestige since buying my first home in 2018. Their advice is second none and they always take the time to explain the mortgages simply. Communication is always excellent and they are always on the other end of the phone or email to respond to any queries that we have - no matter how big or small the query is they are always happy to help.

If your looking for someone to hold your hand whilst dealing with anything financial from wills to mortgages, life insurance trust me you won’t find anyone better! They know what they are doing. Professional efficient. A special big shout out to Toni, in administration who goes way above and Beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and if it doesn’t (like everything in life not everything goes according to plan) Toni, is always their to help and find a solution, nothing is too much trouble. The Prestige team have been amazing; they've been with us through every step of our journey and we can't thank them enough for all their help and support, its been invaluable. They have been professional throughout but also so friendly and approachable, always there to help us whenever we needed them or had any questions (of which we had plenty since we didn't know what we were doing or where to start!). Also knowing we can go to them any time in the future makes the whole process and future ahead seem a little less anxiety provoking! Would definitely recommend Prestige Financial Solutions to anyone needing some support or help with their mortgage finances or like us, their first house.
