I purchased a “Zoom monocular “ from this company.
Don’t be fooled, this does not have any Zoom feature at all. It is simply a monocular. For the price it is just about OK but nothing special. How they can advertise it as a zoom monocular I just don’t understand.

Can only relay my experience and warn you to keep well clear. They sent the wrong item and refused to sent the correct item. Wanted me to return the incorrect item, at my expense before promising to sent out the correct order. They insisted I had ordered incorrectly but refused to send me the recording they said they had of my telephone order. A poorly run organisation with a very unhelpful customer care. Frankly, I told them I didn’t believe them . From my experience I would recommend you don’t waste your money.

I purchased a Runmifit bracelet tracker from pressplay company on the 13/06/22, after 4 days of use it stopped working and would not recharge. I contacted Pressplay, they told me to send the device back to there repairs Dep. at Great Dunmow, Essex, I did Just that, together with first class and with proof of postage, I enquired after 1 week if they had received my Runmifit bracelet, they said they had not traced it and asked for a tracking number to which I did not have or never thought I would need one. they where addiment they needed this to track its whereabouts with a tracking number. After several communications with them I just gave up trying to get the device replaced, Be interested if anyone else have had this problem with pressplay products. Elijah Clay.
Probably the worst customer service ever.
We purchased a mobile phone for seniors following an advert in the Daily Mail. The phone was faulty with message charging error. After a phone call to the company we returned the phone. The company despatched the same phone back to us with same fault. Called customer line and had rude response. Returned phone having taken a picture of phone with error, wrote letter rejecting goods. After 4 weeks e mailed as had not had refund, reply was no refund being paid as phone damaged, plus they want £4.95. to return the phone to us! The company are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act and legal action will follow. I would say to avoid this company at all costs as customer service is zero and all over a relatively cheap item.
