We were very happy with our order! It came in sooner than anticipated, and the quality was excellent. My husband loves the hat, and wears it every day.

I ordered 3 T-shirts. Two adult sizes and one youth size. The shirts were nicely made, exactly as I had ordered them however the youth shirt came with some sort of stain on it. I don’t know exactly what it was but since it was a brand new shirt I didn’t want to mess with trying to remove the stain. I contacted the company via their website on a weekend and promptly received an email back from Chandler on Monday morning. They made a new shirt and I received it in record time. I was told to donate or toss the stained shirt. I can’t recommend this company enough! The choices in creating clothing is huge, the T-shirts top quality and their customer service superb!!

Ordered a medium shirt. Did not fit. Too small.

Customer service was fantastic. Stephanie assisted in all phases of my order delay, which was in part due to the Postal Service. She always got back to me promptly and courteous at all times. when the item came, it was of better than ever expected quality. Soft, comfortable, great color sized, exactly as described. I would definitely order from this company again.

My order has been waiting pickup for 11 days. This sham company doesn’t even have a phone number to call. I should know better than to trust an outfit with no phone. I’m trying to cancel if I can ever get a hold of someone. I wish I could do a minus 1500 stars.

Had an issue with order being redirected to some place else and she stayed on top of it and guaranteed its delivery even though just a couple days later Highly recommend- products were exactly what the site showed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY CREATE THEIR OWN LOGOS AND SELL ITEMS WITH THE LOGOS. THEY DO NOT CLARIFY THAT THEY ARE THE ACTUAL LOGOS. THEY ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING!

We ordered a sweatsuit, pullover and two hats on February 26. Haven’t received an update or anything about my order and it says it’s still sitting in Kentucky will never order from this place again “fraud”. This is a scam. Beware. 6617540 my order number

The folks at Prep asked me to change my one star review.

Apparently. USPS is very slow about updating delivery statuses. So they showed a label printed, but the product not shipped. In the end, the product arrived on time.

Before ordering, I noted some complaints. Mostly about the quality of the shirts. So we spent an extra few bucks for a supposedly better quality T-shirt. I don't mind spending the money for quality.

The fabric of the shirt that we received, is extremely thin. It made me wonder what the non-premium shirt was like.

The shirt does look great. The printing is spot on. It is one of our grandson's birthday presents. I am sure that he will be happy with it.

But I found the quality lacking. I don't think it will last too long.

We paid over $37.00 for a low quality shirt. And that was with a 20% coupon. For the price, I think it could have been much better.

The representative was very understanding of my needs. Will definitely order from Prep Sportswear in the future.

I have ordered from prep sportswear several times and love the quality. Today I ordered the wrong size and they went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely recommend them to everyone on the soccer team.
