Job done, quickly, communication inexistant
To start I want to say that the work has been completed and done is a quick time frame.
That being said, we were allocated a team of 3 to be sure that someone would always been available. No one was ever available for us. It sometimes took us a week to get an answer from them. The seller sollicitor, our mortgage advisor and the auction team had to contact us because they couldn't get an answer from Premier Solicitors .
There was a load of mistake done, we had to constantly double check the information given by Premier sollicitors and had some paper to be rewritten as wrong. Some other papers had typos . I was expecting more from a service that costed us more than £2000
I trully believe that most of the review here are bots considering how bad the service was. The moments I had answer was when i was contacting the person that put us in relation with them or when I lost it and contacted the director of the company.
I highly recommend to find another company

Excellent service from Premier Solicitors for my first home purchase. A special thanks to Harpreet and Neelam for their professionalism and clear communication. They are always prompt to respond and very polite. My family has now used them for three different properties, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Premier Solicitors
The whole process with Tricia’s team and especially Millie our conveyancer has been so easy, clear and quick! As first time buyers we was stuck deciding on a solicitors as there’s risky cheap online options or the quality option in Premier Solicitor. Going with Premier was 100% the better decision as the process can be complicated with a lot of communication, but paying for the quality makes the difference and saves yourself so much stress as any problems are replied to very quickly. Thank you!

Kellie and Ellie were great!
Kellie and Ellie were great!
I have been having an on going problem with a rogue company chasing me for money I don't owe.
They dealt with this company and their solicitors claim in a prompt, diligent and professional way keeping me up to date every time there was a development in the matter. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, (though I hope I never need to !).
I don't hesitate in recommending their services.
Thanks Kellie and Ellie you were fantastic.

If I could leave a minus star I would
If I could leave a minus star I would! It seems perhaps on conveyancing clients are happy, for probate I’d repeat what others say, don’t touch with a barge pole!
Over a year since my stepdaughter died and for the last 10 months I have heard nothing from them. They have not applied for probate though I was told at the end of May last year they had everything needed to apply. House has been left, no utilities have been notified, no insurance is in place. Final demands lie untouched.Costs to the estate mounting. Accounts emptied. I am now seeking legal advice to remove them as executors. All phone calls, emails remain unanswered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

⭐️ 5 stars for Jayleigh ⭐️
Our solicitor, Jayleigh, was superb for our house purchase. Our experience with another firm for our flat sale was awful, and left us worried that all solicitors would be the same. I wished we had found this firm/Jayleigh sooner - she was excellent, clear in her communication, updates, requests and speed of which she responded to us. The purchase seemed far less stressful knowing we had Jayleigh helping us. Thank you!

Conveyancing Service
We recently used their conveyancing service and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the outset, the team was professional, responsive, and clear in their communication.
We also appreciated how accessible they were—emails and calls were returned quickly, and I always felt kept in the loop.
The pricing was transparent, with no unexpected fees, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the transaction.
Overall, we would highly recommend this conveyancing service to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and professional property transaction experience. Many thanks to Tricia, Mitra, Sarpreet and Millie.

I had a great experience during my property purchase with Premier solicitors. The team handled everything with care, promptly and I am very happy with the service I received. Buying a property can be intimidating, and yet everyone I interacted with at the office was pleasant and helpful to speak to. I would like to specifically thank Sarpreet and Yuvraj who I had the most contact with, they were both super professional, handled my case with care and attentiveness, and I am very grateful for their help. Thank you!

My application for probate, following my wife's death, was dealt with efficiently and promptly by Premier Solicitors. Despite their advising me on 29th January that the grant could take 3-6 months, in fact I received the grant of probate on 28th February. Surprising and gratifying! I would certainly recommend this company.
