This is by far the BEST product I have used and actually works. Second time purchasing and would highly recommend.

Fast delivery from outside of UK. I was sceptical at first, mainly due to the price and also countless prior experiences with other [alleged] fissure remedies.
Had been uncomfortable for a couple of weeks, and decided to use the product as part of my 'after-visit' process. OK so the initial fiery sensation may put some people off, but it quickly fades and you get used to it - in fact it's kind of a nice feeling as you know the product is working. Only needed 1 treatment a day, for just 2-3 days and voila, back to normal and (currently) staying that way, several weeks later. Frankly I am amazed by this product. 5***** from me.

So after years and years and countless useless products ! I hear to share the good news and with pranicura I’d still be with my fissure !! So here ya go simple remedy ! Use a lil bit of gold bond medicated powder around the irrated fissure it abosorbs tge moiuture and just get a lil nice dab and apply panicura cream to area you applied the powder it bonds better to fissure or hemi and enjoy you day and several next days of total comfort ! It works incredible. After suffering for many years I found relief and it is so nice to have my life back. Thanks you. Doctors should know about this and recommend it to all their patients. I'd pay any price for it.

So my jar that I got had a flaw, not a big deal but I did mention it to the company two days I had a new jar no questions asked. And this stuff is great, I was skipping activities and now I don't have to, all is better if you know what I mean! The stuff is very good, I have tried a couple others and this is by far the best .....

The product is great and worked well for me. More importantly, if you follow the directions that came with it on when and when not to use it you will fix your problem. The instruction sheet was the key! I hope I don't have to buy more, but I would if necessary!

Pranicura saved my sanity! I had anal itching for 3 decades to the point it woke me up at night. Until Pranicura I was barely managing by keeping the area clean and cold - literally with ice cubes. I tried a few products with no success. Then I found Pranicura through an internet search, and knew immediately I'd hit the jackpot. It took a couple years for the condition to go away entirely, but by applying Pranicura and slowly learning to follow their instructions, it is now an irrelevant problem. Every once in a while, stress will cause some itching, but one treatment clears it up...as long as I don't scratch. Thank you, Pranicura for your product and your instructions. They are both crucial, and really, Pranicura isn't just the cream, it's the cream and instructions together.

This is an effective product I depend on and that I’ve purchased loyally for years. When I don’t have it, I suffer. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the price of this small jar has nearly doubled in recent years, I’ll probably have to do just that. The consistency of the product has also changed over the years, a more airy/whipped product means it also weighs less and less product goes inside the jar. This is an effective product with simple ingredients and doesn’t need to cost what it does to turn a profit. I feel taken advantage of because of my dependency on this product, which is unfortunate because I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

The only thing I have found that consistently works. Allows you to relax, sleep and not go crazy with itching sensation.

I had anal fissures and hemorrhoids and tried many creams and prescriptions to help alleviate them. I have tried Pranicura for a month now and my anal fissures are virtually gone AND my hemorrhoids are much smaller. Also, no itching!!
Great product!

The cream does burn a little at first but does not last long, it seems to work so far. Hasn't been five weeks yet as stated in the instructions, however it has provided relief and the itching has been reduced. Follow the instructions and the results will be positive.

All I can say is that this product works and works well. Over the years I’ve bought and tried every product offered in the pharmacy but none worked. If you’re suffering itch or pain then I recommend Pranicura

This stuff really worked for me. Dealing with fissures is a awful situation. This was the only thing that worked for me. I have ordered it multiple times. I never let myself run out.

I would never write this review if the product did not work, but amazing things happen my 20 years hemorrhoid is gone, my rectal bleeding is gone I no longer have a porcupine live in my ass . ans I only did applied 6 times

Heb even getwijfeld of ik er op de www iets zou schrijven omdat de hele wereld mee kan lezen maar ik gun niemand deze pijn en moet deze zalf aanprijzen.
Jaren lang loop ik al met een fissuur. Al diverse keren mee naar ziekenhuis geweest voor behandelingen maar niets hielp echt. Door veel te zoeken op internet kwam ik op You Tube de filmpjes tegen van de dokter die deze zalf aanprijst en nog diverse andere dingen die je moet doen of juist moet laten. Ik heb een potje zalf besteld en gebruik 1x per dag een heeeeel klein vingerpuntje zalf. De eerste keer brande dit maar werd steeds minder. Het werkt echt super!. Na al die jaren voor de eerste keer al een paar maanden bijna pijnvrij!

Super Produkt, es hat mir persönlich sehr gut getan und ich habe immer eine Dose zuhause....sowohl bei Fissuren als auch bei Hämorrhoiden sehr wohltuend und heilend.

I wouldn't say the experience was "great" but it worked better on hemorrhoids than anything else I've tried. Took a little longer than expected but it did the job none of the other could do. Highly recommend it.

I have decided to leave my review on trustpilot because I believe reviews here to be truthful and uninfluenced.

My issue before trying pranicura was that for months I was stuck in a cycle of an anal fissure partly healing then retearing. I read that healing is slow because the anal sphincter is tight and thus doesn't allow enough circulation for quicker healing.

I tried all sorts of creams and that popular essential oils brand that claims to be a cure and nothing broke the cycle.

I bought pranicura feeling desperate and being convinced it was probably another "snake oil" treatment.

I followed the instructions exactly. I think this is where people are going wrong that say it causes horrendous burning. You need to wait for a bit of the healing process to start on it's own so you aren't applying this cream to raw or broken skin. I entirely believe it would burn if you do.

I waited for a bit of healing to start and then was applying the cream three times per day at first then twice a day after while.

The feeling it gave me was a relaxing warmth similar to a sitz bath. So, I believe it helped to relax the area and that this improved the circulation so healing could take place. It also initially gave me the feeling of needing to go toilet but that passed after about 20 minutes.

It took about 6 weeks to heal and I no longer need to use the cream.
