PowerToolSpares Anmeldelser

Ordered a Bosch part which was in stock and reasonably priced. Received an acknowledgement with no delivery date and a copy of my invoice. Several days later I contacted PowerToolSpares to find out when my part would be delivered - I was told the part wasn't in stock and they would ring me back, Received a call back to say they no longer sold the part! The second star is because they gave me a prompt refund and admitted their mistake. What a waste of time! Ordered the part off Amazon for £2 more but next day delivery.

hAD TO phone coz wasn't sure of product codes. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently, great service and parts arrived within 2 days. well impressed. thank you so much

My part arrived in 3 weeks and was exactly what I needed.

I made the purchase on 25/02/2019, and today I still have not received anything. However, if you send me the survey to see my satisfaction. Well, it can not be other than very negative

PowerToolSpares was the only place where I could find the spare part for my Makita hedge trimming. I probably saved a lot of money by fixing my device myself .This is the second order with them. Their pricing is pretty fair too. I definitely recommend.

After my Bosch professional jigsaw stopped working I couldn't afford another so took it apart to find the brushes had gone,
Searched online and found power took spares,
£10 delivered within 2 days, jigsaw up and running like new and I saved a fortune.
Definitely will be using then again.

Used this company for the first time for a starter button on a plainer came when they said . So used them again for something else brilliant service would highlyrecommend then

Very quick response they source a Chuck for a 17 year old drill in one day and it arrived within a week.
Easy cost effective service. Definitely will use again.

Timely delivery, product as described, reasonably priced, bought a new trigger/ handle for a bosch power washer, couldn't source it anywhere local, thanks.

Easy site to use, very good service.

Great quick service brilliant website found what I needed quickly.

Fast service, excellent range of spares.

Delivery on time and well packed. Difficult to find the item, but I know now where to look first!

Never used this website before but wouldn't hesitate again if i needed spare parts

Received parts as advertised on time and at a competitive price

Excellent company to deal with and very helpful
Saved my old lathe from the skip great to know someone still has parts and reasonable prices thankyou

Reasonable price Quick service and the right parts, got my power tool working again.

I ordered 2 similar parts from this company from their internet site. I had no receipt from them by email. When checking my account on their site I found my order was pending. I phoned them and was told they had the one part in stock but the other part for some strange reason was coming from Belgium, This would take a month. Most strange. I waited patiently for just over a month. No communication from them, so again I had to phone them. Most disgusted to be told the part was unavailable. why had they not told me this either by email or a phone call. The item I needed the spares for had to be disposed of as I could not get the parts elsewhere. They did refund me promptly. On the whole a disappointing experience with this company. Why advertise a product on their website and let you pay for it knowing parts are not available or out of stock. Keep your website updated.

wasn't sure the part I wanted would even be available (20+ year old Bosch circular saw), let alone arrive just 48 hours after ordering. Excellent service, and keeps the tool working. Great...
