Original roasting tin ordered was not as big as I thought so rang up and arranged return and delivery of another. This was done the very next day and really impressed with the quality of it and the quick service.

Really prompt service. Ordered on Monday delivered on Wednesday, can't say fairer than that!

I was looking for a castle cake tin and found one! Couldn't believe it and am very happy with it and can't wait to use it as I need to make a castle novelty cake at the end of the month for our pantomime production. It is perfect and was delivered in time as well.

Pots-and-pans offers a dizzying array of the top names in kitchenware at an impressive discount. The customer service and delivery times have been impressive too; the only drawback is a problem with stock - a couple of times, perhaps with 10% of the goods I've ordered, the items have been listed as in stock but have taken a long time to come, and then on one occasion I was informed the company wasn't sure when they would be getting the item in, if at all. Emails were quickly responded to and a refund immediately offered, but it was a little frustrating.

Recommendable Online Operation

Found the best deal for what I was looking for. Ordering was easy but delay of 2 days. Notified me immediately and followed up efficiently. Postal service was not very good which tends to make one annoyed with the whole deal.

Ordered some Kitchen knives recently at a good price (best I could find in the web anyway!) and all arrived as promised in perfect condition (very well wrapped) despite an initial out of stock situation I was kept informed and the order arrived within the time frame stated (5 working days).

I oredered the le creuset casserole as a present for my son, a keen cook in his spare time. I was delighted by the January special offer and ordered immediately - on a Saturday. The casserole arrived on Wednesday morning in London at my son's home.

These pans are professional pans bought at a heavily discounted price. The quality is really very good indeed. We will never need to buy any pots and pans again.

I ordered some Global knives from Pots and Pans. The knives seem to be top notch and were at a very competitive price. However there were a few issues.

Firstly I was positively surprised to be told I would receive a wok with my order as it was over a certain value. Then I was disappointed that the wok never arrived. This was an unnecessary disappointment as I'd have been fine if I'd not been offered it in the first place.

Secondly, the delivery service was poor. The package was sent through Parcel Force, and I was not at home when they first tried to deliver. They did not attempt a second delivery the next day (despite their website telling me they would) and I had to trek 20 mins to the post office they had left it at to collect.

I might order again in the future, but the prices would have to be very competitive to convince me to do so.
