They changed their website in 2020. I lost all my saved contacts. They need you to link your cell phone number to your account which does not work. Everyting come up in Chinese script. Its become too hard to figure this out. It worked well before they changed it now I am looking for another patform to ship from. Its good I didn't keep any balance in my account or I would have lost all my money.

They just have an account with Endicia. Postoffice wouldn't issue refund to Postpony, only to Endicia. PostPony will not do anything to get your refund even though post office tells you to request for postage refund through your agent.

Service is cheaper than USPS. That's it.
Cons
24/7 Live Chat is not accurate. The response rate was very slow which means it's not really helpful if you are in hurry. The only way to reach them is either email or wechat. Email took a day to response and Wechat took less time.
I received an email from them about giving a review to get one $5 off international shipping coupons or three $1 off domestic shipping coupons. I picked the $5, however, it is NOT applicable to First Class International Shipping (The email didnt mention the restriction) so I think it's misleading.
The only reason I use Postpony is cheaper.
Recommend postpony service
I lived in NY for several years and my families still worked in China, so i had to buy and send packages to them each year. If i ship them by usps, you know the fee is very high.
About 3 years ago i found postpony. I had shipped about 50 packages through postpony especially USPS express, actually i saved much money. If you have the same situation like me, you may try it.
But some time the packages may be broken,there is no compensation, it should be improved.
I have used them for a while
I have used them for a while. In the beginning, I really like their service, because they offered good prices.
But, on various occasions, I've had really bad customer service (from China) - which shows me they don't care and aren't competent
to solve loyal customers' problems.
In the first case, there was a bug on their website - so I couldn't access my account. I had to chat with their support representative 5-6 times to properly research and escalate the issue. Instead of checking the issue, he adamantly stated I was confused about using the site. Finally, we had to the CEO directly, they researched the problem, and confirmed their was the technical bug.
In the second case, my package was destined to a foreign country, but got returned locally by Customs (label change). USPS normally would enable me to update the label (no extra cost) - but since I used PostPony, USPS said I can request a refund from PostPony - and get a new label (since my package was never shipped). However, I requested refund from PostPony (explaining service wasn't rendered), but they very quickly denied their ability to refund my label - even though the service wasn't rendered.
It's a shame, great app but very poor service and customer orientation.
Guess what? Paypal end up paid me back for package was not rendered, then they forced me to pay them back again before I ship out NEW one. Tricky!!

Also checked the tracking number from the HongkongPost, nothing was on their system. I might lost my package already. No hope. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Beware - Stolen Packages at their Warehouse & Horrible Service
I am a Federally Licensed Firearm dealer. I shipped a firearm legally to another dealer via their website. The package was rejected by the addressee, and being sent back to me. UPS delivered back to US GoBuy / Post Pony warehouse in Oregon. The warehouse illegally opened my package and refused to send it back. My FFL license was in the package, and I emailed it to them. Also sent them links to the ATF and UPS regarding the legalities of shipping firearms. They have refused to ship it back and just told me sorry. Really?? They are now in possession of a stolen firearm, and mail fraud for opening the package. I am so disgusted by the service I have received, primarily by someone named Felix. DO NOT SHIP USING THIS COMPANY, BEWARE AS THEY ARE THIEVES, AND SCAM ARTISTS.
Demand to upload my photo ID and picture of CC
After shipping with them for 2 weeks with over 20+ packages, post pony wants to harvest my picture ID (drivers license) and picture of credit card. You don't know what they are manufacturing with these true IDs.
Horrible! Do not use postpony!
Horrible especially after they outsourced their service to China!! I had a UPS demage claim, and had to go through only by Postpony. And it took over 8 months finally got my compensation. That's not the worst. After that I want to withdraw the compensation to my bank. Guess what, they only transferred a fraction of it and I never receive the rest!! When I asked them, they replied that the whole amount have been refunded and asked me to check with my bank!! What a joke! I don't know what game they are playing, I'm still fighting to get the rest my money back. Just tell you do not use postpony anymore!

Really bad, and I want to rate 0. They lost my packages!!! I have sent out 2 packages in Dec 2017 and they lost one of them for sure, they are trying to find the other one! When they lost my 300 dollar package, they only compensate me for 140 usd.
