Rob was great from beginning to end..he did exactly what he said he would do and was very knowledgeable about pool tables..we couldn't be happier..we highly recommend him! His son was a good helper too!

I recently had my pool table re-clothed by Robert from The Pool Table Guy, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly takes real pride in his work. Once he started the job, we discovered that the previous fitter had left all the old staples in the cushions and had even re-clothed over old material—there was red and green cloth debris still inside. Not ideal at all, but Robert handled it without any fuss and just got on with putting it right.

Despite the extra work, he delivered a top-quality finish and the table now looks and plays brilliantly.

Genuinely a lovely guy who goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Working with Rob was top-notch from beginning to end! We needed a 7x9 Brunswick Metro table set up and re-covered in our garden room post-move. Rob promptly provided estimates and cloth suggestions. We scheduled well in advance, which is essential since his schedule is packed! Rob predicted it would take a full day; he arrived punctually and stayed until after 7pm. Throughout the process, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous. I highly recommend him!

I bought a second hand slate bed 7' table from eBay. The cloth wasn't great so that's when I called Robert aka The Pool Table Guy. He came and replaced the cloth and the side cushions as well as the ones the table came with were wrong. What an amazing job he did...the table is incredible, I've never played on a table this good before. I play the table every day and it's my pride and joy. Can't recommend Robert enough!

My Father bought me a 6ft slate table 45 years ago that I used all the time as a child.
It had just about survived numerous house moves and being stored in various garages but hadn’t been played on for around 25 years….could it be restored?
A call to Robert Bondi (The Pool Table Guy) was made…he clearly detailed the options available and the cost involved…a few weeks later we have the table restoration completed and playing as well as I ever remember….absolutely top level professional service, would recommend to anyone looking for this very bespoke service.
