Great shop and service
I find pond superstores really easy to shop. Ordering either a precut or a cut to size liner is very simple.
I had to phone them with a query and they were all really helpful and friendly and problem was sorted.
Delivery was very quick.

Competitive pricing plus great delivery experience makes this a go to supplier. I could get the same product from a local garden centre at a significantly higher price and stock holding is not assured. Thus shop from Trusty ,know the product ,save on the price and save the motoring costs of going to the garden centre

Oase Pondovac 4
Hi, The Oase Pondovac 4 was advertised with a 2-5 working day delivery. When this timeframe was exceeded I called to get an update on delivery. I spoke to Miles who investigated the delivery status and to his credit was completely transparent about the fact the item was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. He was extremely helpful and promised to arrange delivery on a day when I could be available to receive it and he followed through on this commitment. The lesson here is for Pondsuperstores to ensure their advertised lead times are correct to avoid customer expectations not being met. The product itself is doing an excellent job.

Product dispatched promptly and works great. Only problem was with delivery courier ParcelForce who cancelled delivery at last minute via text message and then I couldn’t get item for another 3 days.
