I had reason to return & discuss a product failure of a Blagdon pond pump which has stopped working but was just outside its 3 year warranty.
Liam and Laurie could not have been any more helpful in arranging a replacement item. My sincere thanks to them both as they are my definition of customer service at its very best.

Absolutely wonderful service. I failed to read the delivery terms properly and ordered pond liner just a couple of days before I needed it (pond liner is usually on a slightly longer delivery timescale). Rang them up and they upgraded me to a size they had in stock and delivered the next day. Prices are really good too. I have placed another order with them since and will use them again in future.

Delighted with our Swell HDPE pond liner with underlay. We have just installed it and are delighted with the quality of the product and outstanding value.

Very impressed with the delivery time and the quality of the liner. Ordered the 25 year liner and basic underlay as this was for a pond extension and didn't need to be top quality. Great price and next day delivery.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. They went above and beyond to sort out my pump problem after they felt they gave me wrong advice on what size I needed.

Initially ordered replacement UV bulbs for a Laguna filter however, upon receipt it transpired that the UV filter head had failed. This being a discontinued model, it was necessary to purchase a new filter. Laurie May not only provided excellent advice with a recommendation to purchase a slightly older discounted model but agreed to supply extra UV bulbs for the newer model at no extra cost. Having ordered and paid for the discounted model over the phone, it subsequently transpired that this model was sold out when being processed. Without any quibble whatsoever, a new higher rated model was supplied included additional bulbs at the previously agreed price. The delivery was on time as promised too.

Fantastic service from the team at pondkeeper, Laurie went above and beyond what I have come to expect from customer service today. Had a pump pack up on me that I'd had for a couple of years and not only was it replaced with a pump of my choice but I also received a second to make up the price difference. I will be doing a lot more to my pond with pondkeepers help .

I have purchased a filter and pump, on different occasions, this year. I found the customer service to be exceptionally good, with reliable advice given promptly. The products were both dispatched to arrive the day after ordering and were good quality and are operating perfectly.

Faultless process: very informative website helped me identify which of the myriad of replacement UV bulbs I needed for the pond in the new house. The price was very good and next day delivery was a bonus.

I cannot recommend this company's customer service highly enough. I had reason to raise issues with a recently purchased product and Laurie May responded very quickly to my email and offered a full refund.
An excellent company to deal with and staff are available, knowledgable and very responsive should you need help or product advice.
Will definitively use in future for all my pond requirements.

Pondkeeper have been first class at helping me get the pump controller Í needed, even though I originally ordered the wrong manufactures equivalent. Laurie in particular went above and beyond to get me the right one
They delivered the right one and picked up wrong one at no extra cost and all done with smile and a can do attitude.

I cannot recommend this company's customer service high enough. I have used them for all my pond needs for years, everything you require is stocked and when advice is sought their experts are always there to provide you with answers and solutions.
Recently I had the misfortune to have to report an issue with a product and almost immediately I received a replacement with virtually no questions asked.
An excellent organisation to deal with.

Great products, at fair prices, with unmatched customer services.

The delivery is always speedy, and whenever I’ve had an issue (no fault of pond keeper) the customer service has been incredible.
