I just received a phone from Pompmall. Everything is alright. The delivery was made in 7 days (Cyprus, Europe) which is very good. It was my first experience with this site and I have to say that it was perfect.

Pompmall is terrible. I order new phone and its been a full month of them making excuses about my new phone I paid for. Asked em for money back n they won't give it back. This is unreal. Time to get the lawyer involved

Ordered and paid a phone, Paid $22 for express delivery( 3-5 days)
One week later I ask them where my phone was, and then they tell me that I have to pay $35 because my adress is among of DHL's remote area. It took them one week to tell me this...
"Jenny" at customer service told me she send it oct 28, November 6 my packet was registered in to DHL tracking system. I'll asked for a refusion of the "express" payment, and they only respond with an apology " Sorry for bring you the inconvenience, we sent it by DHL and you will get it soon."

4 settimane per avere un telefono che non funziona, adesso pretendono che lo rispedisca in Cina senza corrieri ma solo posta non tracciata!
Ho comprato uno smartphone che davano presente in stock ma dopo qualche giorno hanno iniziato a dirmi che avevano avuto problemi con il fornitore e sarebbe arrivato fra qualche giorno, ci hanno messo 4 settimane e durante questo periodo il telefono risultava sempre disponibile sul loro sito.
Quando è arrivato non funzionava correttamente, dopo svariate mail e video che provavano il malfunzionamento mi hanno detto di rispedire il telefono ma :"please NOT using UPS ,USPS,DHL TNT or Fedex sent this iterms back".
Ovviamente visto il costo è tutte le recensioni negative su smartphone rispediti e mai più tornati ho deciso di chiedere assistenza a PayPal. Speriamo bene.

The people i got this phone from who charged me a high price of 990 dollrs under a grand, itz a rip off, the key pad on this is crap nos on it is good this one is missing dollar signs
and all these other things, these people call themselves time to buy they are based in porirua.

After numerous tries after sending the defective phone to China to have the company refund the purchase price, the service reps do nothing about it. Zoe and Michael just send me back e-mails to pacify me. Do not buy from them unless you really want to take a chance that their phones are going to work on the East coast. The phone will not recognize 4glte and stays on 2g. Took the phone to T-mobile and they could not do it either. So I made a bad choice in buying from them.

I ordered a phone as a Christmas gift. the phone showed in stock when ordered. 4 days later they said it was not available and wanted to exchange the order for a different model of nowhere near the same specs (available elsewhere at 1/2 the cost but no compensation was offered). I then requested a refund and ordered a phone from Gearbest (it is shipped and expected in 4 days from ordering). I ended up filing a claim with PayPal (thank goodness for their guarantee ). I will never even look at a product offered by Pompmall again.

Their customer service always tell me that it will be available really soon . But i am waiting my phone to be shipped for more than 3 months . Don t buy there . They offered no discount or any thing for the waiting , next time i will buy on amazon or ebay

Hatte bei dem Versender ein Keyboard bestellt, was lt. Website auch vorrätig sein sollte. Ich habe sofort per PayPal bezahlt und gewartet. Laut Website wird innerhalb von 2 Tagen der Versand gemacht und die Lieferung sollte innerhalb von 3-5 Werktagen erfolgen. Etwas passiert ist bis jetzt, neun Tage nach dem Kauf, nicht. Emailanfrage bleibt unbeantwortet, keinerlei Reaktion. Chinesische Versender nehmen den Mund häufig zu voll, aber so voll den Kopf in den Sand stecken...Morgen werde ich das Käuferschutzprogramm von PayPal in Anpruch nehmen, das klappt ja glücklicherweise problemlos. Kann Pompmall nicht empfehlen, viel Pomp, nix dahinter!

These people are a sham. The website looks very professional but behind the scenes you can not trust the description to be accurate. You can not trust stock levels. You can not trust the dispatch undertakings, You can not trust delivery times. These people are money grabbers. Beware. I recommend you GO ELSE WHERE. They can and will ruin your day.

Pay no attention when the web site says "IN STOCK"

This is all fraudulent empty worded nonsense. It might be a trap. The item might not be in stock. The item probably wont be dispatched in 2 days. Maybe 2 months, or two years. Who knows. The company wont tell you when and if an item goes on back order. They wont confirm a delivery date at all. Then you will be caught in their deceptive trap. Cancel? Wait? Cancel ? Wait? The type of despicable service China is known for. By any other name it is fraud. STICK TO EBAY!

I have ordered 2 tablets from them over the past 18 months, both arrived faster than I expected. Excellent service. One tablet was discontinued and they helped me to order a different one with a link to pay the difference. Both products worked as described. Just ordered my first phone from them yesterday. Highly recommended service.

Pompmall mailed me a phone which would not connect to 3g/4g as advertised. This was not a service issue, it was a phone hardware issue. It would cycle though edge/3g/4g and never connect. The phone also had IMEI number printed on a home type of a label printer, it did not seem to be manufacturer's original number.
Pompmall requested I return the phone to them for an exchange without using USPS Priority, Express, FedEx, UPS, DHL or anything that has tracking (I am in the US). Then they strung me along for weeks claiming the package has not arrived. Then they claimed the return package has arrived but did not contain the phone, only the charger and the usb cable, accusing me of not putting the phone into the package (they did not claim the package was damaged in transit). They finished with a suggestion I pursue the claim through the post office. China Post has a very good reliability record. Due to how shady their communication has been, I have a reason to believe this is a lie and a serious scam. I am now attempting a charge back through the credit card bank and I also filed a paypal claim. I am out of hundreds of $ and I don't have any phone, whether the defective one I received and returned, or a replacement. Neither do I have a refund. I advise anyone to stay far far away from this site.

I purchased a phone from this site. After one day the capacitive buttons stopped working.

Pompmall advertised a policy to replace a phone within the first 30 days if it has problems. I requested to return the phone to them. All I got back from them was excuses such as 'we tested it before we sent it'.

Their warranties and policies are lies. Unfortunately if you don't live in the same country as them it is almost impossible to enforce consumer law.

I will stick with 'deal extreme', 'banggood' and 'lightake' from now on, who have always honoured their warranties and policies and have better prices anyway.

I bought a tablet from this site, before my order i talked with them about our custom office.They said if custom office send back package they will payback.
But they did not pay my money back.Our custom office did not allow 3g tablet to get in and sent it back to company.
Tracking information also says : "Origin country: SINGAPORE , Destination country: SINGAPORE, Status: DELIVERED" .
That means it arrived back to company because i live in Turkey.
When i talk with customer service they always says "please check post office tracking information says: package is delivered".
How can i get the package when destination country is SINGAPORE ??

You're never quite sure when buying technology online from China. There's a lot of sites and you don't know who to trust. I couldn't see any reviews for any of them, but took a chance on PompMall. Two reasons I took a chance, they had the specific product I wanted and they took PayPal payments.

I was looking for a cheap android tablet, but a decent one.Not the kind you get on offer in supermarkets and petrol stations. PompMall specialise in android tablets and phones. I bought a Teclast X89HD (after a lot of looking around - Mike Cane's blog was useful) Worked out at £130. They provide it with English an interface. I went with the $5 shipping insurance and paid extra for DHL express delivery.

They give you the tracking number and within 5 days my device was delivered. You do have to be aware that you will have to pay duty on it, as it's imported, but £13 on top was fine. So I'm happy. A great product, a great price. Quick, reliable and trackable delivery. Payment with PayPal. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I've done this review, just because I couldn't find any. And sometimes you want to know which sites you can trust. They do have a great range of tablets and phones and great prices. But my main point here is you can feel confident ordering from them - that's the important thing for me.
