I ordered a pair of boots, on Friday 31st July 2020. Everything was confirmed, payment wise and I’m thinking I will receive my boots sometime the following week.........WRONG! After phoning this ‘company’ on Wed. 5th Aug. I hear a automated message stating they’re on holiday from 31st July to 17th August!
On e-mailing the company I did receive a reply informing me that there were 'pop-ups', throughout the site, telling potential customers of the two-week close-down! They also offered an immediate refund if wanted, which I did.
Due to my review I was almost immediately contacted by this company apologising for the state of affairs I found myself in. The company rep. explained the situation to me along with how customers are notified of these lock-downs (which are due to end next year). He also offered a future discount on any purchase I might make with this company, when there was no need.
I have revisited my initial 'Trust Pilot' review and edited it accordingly. I must say that I can not fault their immediate response to customer complaints and may well consider using them again based on this follow-up.

Ordered some new boots online and everything looked fine, said they were in stock and delivery would be a couple of days tops. 2 days later I got an email saying they're out of stock of those boots and then suddenly updated all the stock levels across the website, so I'd been shopping for items that were never actually in stock to start with. I needed boots ASAP so asked to amend my order, choosing the next comparable boot they had in my size, but was a fair bit more expensive. They were helpful and agreed to sell me the other, more expensive boots for the lower price I paid due to the error of stock levels. I felt this was a commendable act. Delivery on their part was generally good, it's just that parcelforce didn't seem to pull their weight and it took about 5 days to arrive.

Overall, decent service given current covid crisis.

Will not be using again. Ended up cancelling order due to waiting over 3 months for a product that should have been sent within a week. Bad customer service.

Two of three pairs of gloves with faulty linings and stitching had to be returned. They didn't provide a full refund or refund me my p+p costs as the item was faulty as per their t&c's, or respond when I requested it. Never again. But then police supply shops often have terrible service in a variety of ways. Third police supply site I've encountered things like this. Bought from an air soft shop instead. Ridiculous.

I ordered a few items and used the first class postage option because I am in a hurry. Went through the whole process and paid for the items and the first class delivery. I then checked my email for confirmation everything had worked only to have a small note at the bottom saying they are closed for 2 weeks for the school holidays! your supposed to be a business not a school.

I would atleast expect to be told on the checkout page. So I have now paid for first class postage and have to wait atleast two weeks, and to top it off they don't provide a option to cancel.

I purchased a FARB Self-Defence Spray from this site, they dispatched it quickly after my payment and it arrived at my home in just 3 days. (using 1st class Royal Mail)
Sometimes they also have good items on sale.
