I purchased an order over two weeks ago and they said they can’t print the label due to technical issues on their end. They can ship to my address and nothing is wrong with the address. The worse part is that when I reach out for updates they ignore my emails completely. They already took the money instead of waiting until they ship the item. Their products are great but for such overpriced products their customer service should be the absolute best. I won’t ever buy from them directly again. With most of the third party sellers marking up above MSRP I might not ever buy polarpro again. I did recently buy their products on Amazon.de with some great deals on discontinued items such as the pivot shoulder rig for only 320€ which is about 50% off. Still trying to find more use cases though.

Polar Pro lenses are part of my day to day equipment in my job as Photographer and Cinematographer. The quality of the products is top notch and the Polar Pro website interface is super easy to navigate and use. My orders are always confirmed and shipped in no time.

I reached out by email about replacing an item I had lost and asked how I could purchase a replacement. I got a response the very next day. And my issue was solved in a very short time. I really enjoyed it!

I couldn't find the product on Amazon nor B&H video. Once I found the website it was easy and I liked the extra suggestions.

Easy to shop. The emails from new drop are not effective. No advance notice given before the rest of the world gets the same notice. 2 - 3 days is improved or 1 week ideal to allow people to receive it and have it before the masses. This increases loyalty. Customer service is not so good. A few emails back and forth to get 1 result accomplished. Not ideal when you spend a lot of money on this brand.

Great customer support

I made a mistake on my order and didn't select the right size case for my phone. Customer service was extremely efficient and sent me the link to exchange it. My promotional pricing rolled over to the new order, and it shipped the same day! It was super easy, and I love the products. I will continue to buy all the cool things Polar Pro makes.

Early notice of new product release makes access easier. I really enjoy filters on my Leica Q3 43mm. Would love to work with a company like PolarPro.

Worst camera company on the market, the customer service is a disgrace, cheap tacky products at an inflated price to make them seem premium when they aren’t.

Extremely poor customer service. There Mavic 3 pro cine Polarised filters are faulty- Huge orange flare when using and they have not acknowledge the issue and will not respond to email. We are only asking for a refund on faulty goods and they not not respond. very disappointed with them as a company. Who have produced great products and failed on this set of filters and mainly on there very poor customer service. The quote on their website "PolarPro promises that its products are free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product". This is a false statement and they do not respond to warranty claims.

With everyone ranting and raving about their products in the photo / video world I ordered a few products to test out myself, one product arrived with a broken cap and the other product was just faulty, I reached out to the customer service to see what my options were and they said all they can offer is a 50% discount on the damaged product, so i'd have to buy them again for half price but considering the polar pro shipping cost is about $40 because i'm based in the UK the discount becomes useless and i'm effectively still having to pay full price for something that was out of my control! They also block any negative reviews on their website so that doesn't make them seem like a trustworthy company!
