AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A HOLIDAY THAT WAS NOT EVEN BOOKED ! NUMEROUS CALLS AND MESSAGES NO RESPONSE THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS DIABOLICAL!!! DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF MONEY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMERS HOW THEY CARRY ON TRADING IS BEYOND ME WILL BE REPORTING THEM PROMISED A REFUND STILL NO SIGN !!!!! TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHO CANNOT AFFORD CAUSING STRESS AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Steal money from people pretend to book in your name book in someone else’s!!!

Booked a flight with these scammers, the airline cancelled my flight. To get a refund I had to pay them to get my money back. Even though the cancellation was not my fault. If you book direct with the airline you get all your money back. If you book with these you have to pay them £25 for the pleasure. Plus wait about 6 weeks to “process” it. So my advice is book with the airline direct and if they cancel you will just be refunded like you should be. Don’t use these at all

They have the worst customer service.
I booked a ticket and had to cancel due to law and order situation at destination. I was told by customer service that most of the ticket will be refunded by the airline as this is due to law and order situation. In addition, many pessangers have cancelled due to same reason. I was asked to say yes to an email I will receive as soon as possible for the refund to be generated.
Unfortunately, I did that. I paid 502 pounds, they have refunded 52 pounds. In the email they asked me to say yes, it is written that only unpaid tax amount of 50 to150 pounds will be refunded.
I felt cheated, they should have been honest about it. Do not use them. This is not how you should treat your customers, use honest people, not them. Will never ever use them again.

Beware of this company, they will cheat you out of your money if the airline makes any changes. Instead of supporting their customers if an airline cancels or changes a flight, Polani Travel will instead charge you an admin fee due to these changes that are completely not the customers fault.
