From the very beginning of my franchise journey, Nick Modha has been an outstanding franchise consultant and trusted advisor.
He guided me through securing my 7th Heaven Foods Ltd franchise and was always responsive, patient, and willing to explain every stage of the franchise process. Whether it was discussing the Franchise Agreement, territory reservation, lease-related matters, or simply clarifying the next steps, Nick was always just a phone call away.
What impressed me most was that he consistently acted as an effective bridge between me and the franchisor. On several occasions, he proactively followed up with the franchisor to obtain responses, resolve queries, and ensure corrections were made where needed. Having someone who genuinely advocates for prospective franchisees throughout the onboarding process is invaluable.
What really sets Nick apart is that his support didn't stop once the territory reservation and lease commitments were in place. Many consultants move on once the deal is done, but Nick continued to provide guidance and support at every stage of the journey, even when he had no obligation to do so. That level of aftercare demonstrates that he genuinely cares about helping franchisees succeed rather than simply completing a transaction.
Ironically, this review is long overdue. Nick has never once chased me for feedback or a review, which says a lot about his professionalism. His priority has always been supporting his clients, not collecting testimonials.
If you're considering investing in a franchise and want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and genuinely invested in your success, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick Modha.

Two consultants convinced me that once I paid the initial deposit—which was later increased to the full amount—I would receive a tested business plan, financial projections, and planning, so I signed up with a franchisor. Regretfully, I was left to build everything on my own after paying and signing up, no promised support or paperwork was given. They told me it was not their responsibility when I asked for assistance. This was a deceptive experience that is now costing me money.
Furthermore, I was initially under pressure to write positive reviews, and I now question the timelines and veracity of a lot of other reviews here. Like other reviews, I'm also considering reporting this business.

Thank you for this your third edited review of us. It is disappointing that after your first glowing 5* review you decided to edit it to a 1* review because you were finding your training difficult to absorb and our client who was spending weeks with you on induction was encouraging you to focus less on your increasingly complex spreadsheet and more on the operational elements of the business and the completion of your training. Our role in the process is only to coordinate our clients franchise marketing and thereafter franchisee interviews. You are absolutely correct when you say that franchisees must do their due diligence, but mainly to ensure that they have the skills to run the business that they are buying into. Whilst this reply is in the public domain, and it wouldn’t be professional or appropriate for me to comment on the specifics of your matter nor divulge the name of our client. I must stress some key points; you are not and never have been a client of our company. You have never paid us any money in any element of your dealings with us. You have also never been pressurised into paying a deposit to our client (which was at all times fully refundable) and you were never pressurised into signing the full franchise agreement which you only did after months of detailed due diligence on the franchise. Also, at no time were you ever in any way other then courteously invited to leave a review. I will remind you in that regard that before you were drawn into a legal exchange with our client, this review was a glowing 5*. For the record, our client in this matter for who we interview and select franchisees is a long established award winning care sector provider who have an exceptional track record and a comprehensive franchisee training and onboarding program.
