Excellent service, promptly scheduled
This is the first time I’ve used On Tap services, for a repair to a broken door handle on my utility cupboard. Ellis at Reception was great at scheduling the work and keeping me updated, and the handyman who did the work (I didn’t get his name) was cheerful, professional and did an excellent repair job. I will definitely use them again.

The customer service from Ontap is always excellent. Contact via the phone or online gets a prompt response. They give you 2 hour time slots and are very reliable. Their engineers are very good at what they do and leave everything nice and tidy. Their pricing matches other companies we’ve tried but they are our preferred choice for the reasons above.

Your employee serviced my boiler and checked the hot water system efficiently without fuss or mess. Even the heated towel rail in my bathroom was left heating properly, in a way that hasn’t for months.
