order cancelled for no reason
20. marts 2022
Besvarelse fra Plugstationuk
Hi,
Your order was flagged up as a fraudulent order via Laybuy. We were strongly advised not to ship the item and therefore cancel the order.
The reason why we cancelled was due to the account holders name not matching your shipping name on the order.
Thank you for understanding

Was looking for ever trying to find a trapstar jacket off the new release and no where had it and then Plugstationuk listed it so paid and ordered. Item arrived the following day boxed brand new and immaculate. The customer service was even better amazing team of people to do with majorly helpful , kind and happy to answer any questions.
Thank you so much for the hook up I couldn’t recommend them anymore , customer for life with the business after this level of professionalism.
