App molto complicata da utilizzare poca intuitiva e confusionaria di tante cose ma utilità 0. Penso che con un app di questo tipo un 20% di persone non ne faranno mai uso.

App comoda e facile da usare con la quale prenoto in pochi istanti le partite di Padel. non so come mai recensioni così basse.

Nefasto, club alphapadel, tres personas llamamos para cancelar y no cogen el teléfono. ya lo tienen estudiado para que pierdas la pasta sin poder jugar.

Me parece surrealista lo que hoy me ocurrió. Reservé una pista pagando mi parte, otros dos compañeros pagaron su parte después. Estábamos tres personas con la pista esperando al cuarto jugador y la app nos cancela la pista. Al poco vemos que la pista la tiene otra pareja que según me dicen en playtomic, es porque es un partido privado y el mío público.
Sinceramente me parece absurdo lo que ha ocurrido, tardan más de 10 días ahora en hacer la devolución del dinero pagado y nos hemos quedado sin jugar.
Una app que que se está lucrando en demasía con el dinero de todos los jugadores, ya que cobra a cada jugador, la cifra de 0.99€ por partido.
Un robo en toda regla.

The Aircourt platform in Portugal, which was bought by playtomic, was way better. The process to book a court is not intuitive.

tryed to book a padel-court in Mallorca, but nothing available - for some unknow reason, Playtomic made a withdraw in my account, EUR 35,- and now they are not willing to refund the amount. 0,00 stars from my side - what a way of doing business. What a fake company. Everyone can make mistakes, but when not trying to correct the mistake, then I just say goodbye - will never use this app again.

Juego pádel y es la única aplicación q hay para ello x eso la uso si hubiera otra la borraria el nivelage y puntuación al ganar o perder es pésimo, me resta 0.03 si pierdo y si gano suma 0.01 o nada como hoy q gane y no me sumo nada

Horroroso si entras por 1a vez... Un laberinto. Muy poco intuitiva. Deprimente

Mucho cuidado al reservar una pista ya que si por cualquier cosa la cancelas te cobran como mínimo 2€,les parece poco lo que ganan ya con las reservas de cada persona, me parece vergonzoso y abusivo, mejor reservar directamente con el club.

Horrible, si tienes un problema o te cobran de más no hay forma de reclamar. Es una estafa.

Bad programming, (not from a professional developer) !

E.g. Entering a partner to play is between payment information in small characters.

Often PayPal payments disappear !
Even it offers to pay via Prepaid Vouchers, it doesn’t accept it !

You choose Tennis and in the booking process jumps into Paddel …

Another key point is also that you can see all people using Playtomic and this is breach of privacy !!

Atención al cliente espantoso , cobran comisiones pero no les importa un pepino la satisfacción del cliente.
En vez de tratar el problema con el club , se lavan las manos , cuando todo ha sido gestionado por ellos ! Vergonzoso de verdad

Purtroppo non hanno concorrenza e monopolizzano il mercato imponendo continui aumenti di commissioni, poi in Lombardia non si capisce perché le commissioni siano ancora più alte rispetto ad altre regioni considerando che anche il costo dei campi è più elevato.

Can no longer change booking to public match! This is now very inconvenient as I can no longer book a court in advance with friends and then find players in a public match if needed. I have no idea why this feature has been removed but it is very disappointing and my review would have otherwise been 5 stars if this feature still existed. I will now use playtomic less as I'm very disappointed with this feature change.

The app is just awful to use and the customer service is non-existent. I would highly recommend every tennis and padel club to stop using this awful app.

Ogni volta che la partita salta, e ciò può accadere molto frequentemente, l'applicazione si succhia un euro di commissioni...forse occorrerebbe ripensare i metodi di pagamento

Playtomic (PT) recently acquired AirCourts (AC) in Portugal then it seems closed the AC booking app for good. This is a disaster for all except the previous AC owners who sold out. The AC app was simple, intuitive, elegant & efficient. The PT app is a nightmare to use - it is totally over-engineered, full of useless features (seems to want to be more like a “dating” site!!!), difficult to use, doesn’t provide the critical information in one view and is totally unfit for purpose of its player-customers. Just try finding & booking a specific court at your home club - takes hours of searching & clicking! We now have to go backwards to phoning the club to check availability. Honestly, it’s a disgrace to have destroyed so much customer value by axing the AC app…🤬🤬😤😤

No solution. No place to call. No call back. They don’t take any responsibility of the bookings with the clubs

I have payed and booked a court in Dubai, however, when I checked the paddle court place told me that the booking didn't went through and there was definitely a glitch in the system. Now I have been trying to reach Playtomic in order to complain but mostly to get my money back and since now they still haven't responded. I don't know if I will ever get my money back. But definitely I DON'T recommended them. WORST SERVICE!
